What do you like best about the product?
I think HubSpot Commerce Hub is the best platform I've used. It's easy to handle, and it integrates well, transferring Facebook leads to HubSpot and allocating them to employees. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and keeps everything in one place. I like how simple it is to track contacts, emails, deals, and customer activity without jumping between tools. The automation and reports save time and give a clear view of what’s working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the pricing.it gets expensive as you grow, and some useful features are locked behind higher plans. Customization can also feel limited for more complex needs

HubSpot Commerce Hub solves the problem of handling quotes, invoices, and payments across multiple tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Commerce Hub is a one-stop solution that helps our whole organization keep track of specific deals or tickets. It allows us to move tickets between teams for different actions without any human intervention, which is incredibly helpful. It also helps with the overall workflow by streamlining processes, like moving a customer's email migration ticket from initial contact to deployment, and eventually to support automatically. The initial setup wasn't really tough, and after it's set up, it works absolutely great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that changes can be made to the UI and looks of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Commerce Hub for ticketing, providing a streamlined bucket for identifying ticket stages and customization. It acts as a one-stop solution for tracking deals or tickets across teams without human intervention, enhancing workflow efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say it's easy to navigate on the interface. The info, it's accurate as well. It's my go-to option, my first option. It's the CRM I use the most on a daily basis. Honestly, the initial setup was pretty easy and simple. The interface of HubSpot Commerce Hub is a pretty easy and manageable interface to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have a negative comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Commerce Hub for prospecting customers, helping me find the right person to approach. It's easy to navigate and provides accurate information.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the payment link functionality of HubSpot Commerce Hub because it is excellent and makes it easy for me to send direct links for customers to pay with card or transfers without having to create a full website or program something complex. I also like that the payment is automatically recorded and that the CRM handles the entire loading process, saving me a lot of time. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple and recommendable, especially for those who don't know programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual customization options of the page are somewhat limited. Also, the price primarily and the commissions can be a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Commerce Hub eliminates billing issues and accelerates payments with instant links, automatically recording everything in the CRM. It facilitates management, saves time for the team and users by avoiding PDF invoices, and does not require programming complex web pages.

What do you like best about the product?
We can keep better track of our sales performance and not have the risk of it not integrating right with the payment reconciliations

The user intrerface menus can sometimes be confusing getting to the right place

It is much easier for us to produce management reports on future forecasts as it recognises recurring revenues better

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it is very easy to use. There are tutorials for each process and many things are free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there should be more videos in French, especially in the video training section.

It simplifies the management of my leads and allows me to improve on sales topics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Commerce Hub streamlines the quote to cash process and is really easy to use. It makes payment collection and revenue reporting easier, eliminating some manual tasks. I also appreciate how it unifies the opportunity to revenue process and automates internal approvals and objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited deep customization and the migration hurdles. It would be great if they could add more features to the lower tiers because they have huge gaps.
