What do you like best about the product?
FloQast brings an organized business closure, where it demonstrates high visibility on operations that are successful
The program has a quick and intuitive onboarding, and this makes the whole business functions efficient
The app automatically identifies and flag changes, and this includes entries that needs some reconciliation
FloQast has a brilliant ERP integration, and this makes it work successfully with Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, among others
The software has successfully included an audit ready support, and this includes tracking all the compliance issues
The automation features is something else FloQast has largely supported, including email reminders and flux analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation expenses are significantly high, and small teams find the tool as a giant
The performance capabilities, more so during the end month time are slow and inefficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast has eliminated all the end month close checks that has been manually executed and this increases efficiency and reliability
The app ensures no delays in reconciliation, and this increases the financial reviews and visibility
All the accounting workflows and compliance are well handled by FloQast
There is a successful collaboration between departments and this creates a functional framework
The app has automated tasks like status meetings and email follow up and this reduces the manual struggles
The finance team and the IT team ensures high compliance and close accuracy in al operations

Could use improvement on providing additional details to solve discrepancy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a manager, it was easy for me to get an overview of the tasks completed and easily identify items that need further review

What do you like best about the product?
It provides real-time visibility into the status of every task, so teams know exactly what is done and what is pending without constant status meetings.
The automated checklist helps teams maintain consistency and ensures no tasks "slip through the cracks."
What do you dislike about the product?
If not configured perfectly, you might receive an email for every single sign-off or status change.
More granular control over notification frequency or a "daily digest" option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with a lack of transparency during the month-end close. Status updates were done via manual spreadsheets and endless Slack messages, making it hard for management to see where bottlenecks were.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very user friendly tool, performance is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is ideal for small to medium businesses, but not suitable for complex or high volume businesses in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the flexibility to work with Excel spreadsheets and it frees up month end close time immensely.

It is really good for catching annoying errores and it is user friendly.

It just drops sometimes and connectivity concerns.

it works well with large geological data set with sample, assay etc. and it works excel and easy to share with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how FloQast makes the month-end close process very easy, fast, simple, and organized. The reconciliation automation is great because it reduces a lot of manual work. I also appreciate the Excel integration since our team heavily relies on Excel and FloQast connects directly to it. The onboarding team was helpful and guided us through the straightforward initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
FloQast feels complex for new users and customization and reporting options feel limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast helps me automate financial closing which reduces errors and speeds up processes, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and manual follow-ups, making tasks less delayed. I also like its reconciliation automation and Excel integration, reducing manual work and simplifying the month-end close.

Its super expensive for the utility. Shouldn't be that expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
From a Chartered Accountant’s perspective in RTR, what I like best about FloQast is how it brings structure and transparency to the close process. It simplifies reconciliations, provides clear visibility into close status, and ensures strong audit trails. This reduces manual follow-ups, improves accuracy, and allows me to focus more on analysis and reporting rather than coordination.
Also its ease of use and ease of implementation, which allow the team to get productive quickly without heavy training. The tool integrates smoothly with existing ERPs, making integration seamless and reducing manual work. Its strong customer support ensures quick resolution of issues during close. The frequency of use reflects how naturally it fits into daily RTR activities, and the right number of features keeps the close process efficient without adding unnecessary complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
During month-end close, when a client had entity-specific reconciliation requirements and ad-hoc adjusting entries, FloQast’s standardized checklist and reconciliation formats didn’t fully accommodate these exceptions. This led to maintaining parallel Excel trackers outside the system, increasing manual effort and the risk of version-control issues, which partially offsets the efficiency benefits FloQast aims to provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast addresses the challenge of disorganized and manually driven close activities by bringing all close tasks, reconciliations, and reviews into one structured platform. In an RTR role, this helps eliminate scattered trackers and constant follow-ups.

The benefit to me is better control and visibility over the close process. I can clearly track task ownership, review status, and supporting documentation in real time. This improves accuracy, strengthens compliance, and reduces time spent on coordination, allowing greater focus on review and financial insights rather than process management.

What do you like best about the product?
how it genuinely understands the day-to-day challenges of accounting and finance teams and builds technology that fits naturally into their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see it as a dislike so much as a challenge that comes with rapid growth. As FloQast continues to scale, maintaining simplicity while adding more advanced features can be difficult. Ensuring the platform remains intuitive for both small teams and larger, more complex organizations is something that likely requires constant refinement. That said, I actually view this as a positive challenge, because it shows FloQast is evolving with its customers and actively investing in product improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
loQast is solving the core challenges around the financial close process—specifically the lack of visibility, heavy reliance on manual spreadsheets, fragmented communication, and the pressure to close faster without sacrificing accuracy or controls. For me, this means spending less time chasing status updates or reconciling disconnected files and more time focusing on analysis and value-added work.
