Conga CPQ Streamlines Accurate Quotes with Seamless Order Management
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ helps us enhance our quotation process and enhanced our sales cycle with accurate quote generation and seamless order management. The creationg of products in the system and configuring it with wide features makes it very easy to implement CPQ solution for our business needs. It offers easy customizable solutions to meet the complex pricing and product configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks in AI capabilites compared to its competitors like PROS CPQ. But we recently heard the acquisition of PROS by Conga that surely improves this disadvantage in Conga CPQ solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had some very complex use cases, especially around product setup, and Conga CPQ stood out in the market for us. It offers strong features like bundle configuration, attribute configuration, and price matrices, which not only solve our challenges with complex setups but also comes as Conga OOB features. As a result, no customization was required at all. This is a big advantage of us it saves both efforts and cost.
Faster Cart Pricing with Conga’s Integrated Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Team developed their own Platform which can be integrated with Conga CPQ to increase the cart pricing speed. Since the platform is developed by Conga, they have control over the platform limits and can provide us with more limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Team takes time in providing resolution to the issues raised. Case initiation process in Conga is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I prefer Conga CPQ because of the customization options it provides to an Admin and how it makes everything look so easy. There are customization options around every basic functionality such as pricing, adjustments, quoting, document generation and more.
Reliable CPQ solution for complex Salesforce quoting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Conga CPQ is how well it works with Salesforce and how flexible it is for handling complex pricing and product rules. It helps manage bundles, approvals, and discounts in a structured way. The support team is also very helpful and responsive when we need clarification or run into issues. Overall, it makes the quoting process more organized and reliable
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration can be complex and may require technical knowledge, especially for advanced pricing and rules. Some changes take time to test properly, and the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ helps us handle complex product configurations, pricing logic, and approvals that are difficult to manage manually. It reduces errors in quotes and keeps pricing consistent across the sales team. The ease of integration with Salesforce allows data to stay in sync, which saves time and improves efficiency. This has helped us speed up the quoting process and improve overall accuracy
Excellent CPQ Docs: Tree Structure, Smart Filters, and Fast Search
What do you like best about the product?
Conga CPQ documentation is very good, with a tree-like structure and useful filters. We can now filter the documentation based on product and known issue topics. The new documentation portal looks good from a UI perspective and also provides quick results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga CPQ does not provide an action panel like the one it provides for CLM, and due to this, we needed to build our own custom action panel for Proposals, which took time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ has all the basic features we need and supports multiple languages and currencies for different regions. We can use their custom labels for language support and their currency conversion feature to sell products in different regions. We can have a base price list containing all products and separate price lists for different regions with different currencies, taking products from the base price list and applying currency conversion.
Conga CPQ Is a Game Changer with Powerful, Well-Documented Features
What do you like best about the product?
CPQ provides various useful features like constraint rules, field expression, price matrix, and attribute rules. These features are really helpful for various business use cases. Apart from this, everything is documented in Conga's official documentation, which helps the end user to understand how the CPQ works. CPQ is really a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been observing interruptions in the quoting process. This is due to various reasons, as CPQ is a bit of a complex product. Hence, identifying the exact root cause is quite challenging. In that case, we need to reach out to Conga Support team to resolve the issue, which takes some time, and we lose the deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ is the product on which we are relying. It made our quote life cycle process simpler. We have achieved a big turnaround in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga offers an impressive breadth of products across the quote‑to‑cash ecosystem, and we actively use several of them — including CPQ, CLM, Order Management, and Composer. The integration across modules is cohesive, allowing quoting, contract lifecycle management, and document generation to flow smoothly end‑to‑end. The flexibility within CPQ is especially valuable. Conga also continues to deliver meaningful enhancements with each upgrade, and their customer support team is consistently outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas where Conga CPQ could continue to improve. The product documentation, while helpful, could be more comprehensive and updated more frequently—especially for advanced configuration scenarios. As an admin, a built‑in troubleshooting tool for cart and configuration issues would be extremely valuable and would help reduce investigation time significantly. Additionally, having more out‑of‑the‑box flexibility to add lightweight customizations to the catalog and cart pages would further empower admins and reduce reliance on custom development.

Conga CPQ helps streamline complex quoting by centralizing product configurations, pricing logic, approvals, and document generation into one consistent process. It reduces manual steps, improves data accuracy, and ensures quotes follow standardized business rules. This has led to faster quote turnaround times, fewer errors, stronger compliance, and a smoother end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash workflow for our organization.

I don't find anything which is an issue.

Approval processes, Automate quote - to - contract to transitions, then managing pricing rules and configuring discounting in policies.

This tool has helped us handle our large volume of daily tenders and offers quickly and efficiently. It has streamlined our processes and made it easier for us to work in the cloud.

As with any application, pricing issues can sometimes be challenging to resolve right away, and they may take longer to address compared to other types of problems.

Conga CPQ has been beneficial in managing our large volume of offers and tenders, as it improves the user experience, streamlines the approval process, and makes our workflows smoother overall.
Effortless Integrations Make Conga a Standout Choice
What do you like best about the product?
We love the way Conga handles their integration with other products. For example, to integrate DocuSign with Conga CPQ, they provide a UI named Configuration Home, where we can enter all integration details and complete the process with a single click. This is why we love Conga—they understand how to make processes simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand that Conga releases new features, but the initial documentation for these features is not good, and every time we need to understand how to use them, we are required to reach out to Conga Support. They need to improve their documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CPQ and the support we receive for this product from the Conga Technical Support team are really good. Conga is putting so much effort into releasing new updates three times a year for CPQ with new and cool features. Conga provides CPQ integration with CLM and other products such as DocuSign and Adobe for sending quote documents, and integration with drives such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox to store the accepted documents securely.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most of these optimised pricing strategies, establishing custom configuration management, and presenting an extensive product catalogue.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have found nothing to dislike.

The process of obtaining quotes is expedited, and a straightforward pricing structure is provided.
