X-author A true time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
We are just beginning to use X-author and already the time saving is tremendous. We have only built a few of our own apps so far and needed help with a more complex one. If you do not have a lot of customizations then writing apps is a breeze; custom objects can make it a bit more challenging. We are looking forward to using this tool across all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
some learning curve on creating the templates

Apttus to the Rescue!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Apttus products are very user friendly and easy to use. All questions are always answered the same day. They take time to walk through the setup to ensure the product is setup for my individual use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing that I dislike is the fact that I'm on the east coast and my Apttus team is on the West Coast. When I have an issue at 6 in the morning there are times when I have to wait till 11 for a response. Which isn't that bad because I always get a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a more streamline process. As well as having an improved workflow and overall AE Satisfaction is using the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend this product 100% if your company is looking for quality, streamlining processes, transparency between all departments as well as getting teams to work proactively with each other. This product brings everything together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy building of a quote similar to user experiences I am familar with like e-commerce shopping.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike but sometimes the speed can be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to build a quote has become much easier. I am able to get a more accurate pricing in real time for my customers.
