Great modern management for macOS!
What do you like best about the product?
Deploying my applications to shared devices in an efficient way!
What do you dislike about the product?
That there were no remote session capabilities, but that has since been resolved!

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf has many features that are more advanced and intuitive than competitors I have used. Their support, jamf nation, and ease of navigation within the console have made my job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty of obtaining logs when actions/commands are done to a device such a who made the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staging, managing, troubleshooting end user devices remotely. Quickly providing a solution to our user's needs and desires while working on aircraft.

The Ux design is very easy to navigate.

The inability to remote in to ios devices

Best Apple MDM ever
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to get in and get going. Managing our environment was incredibly simple. JAMF is incredibly robust MDM solution that offers many great features right out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have hit has been with app licensing. If something is made available to a set of devices that exceeds the licensing count a license will be allocated to a device, even if the app is never downloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JAMF has helped us empower our users with the addition of Self Service. We can now offer a number of resources in a very easy to digest fashion (add printers, custom configurations, web resources, software).
Better than MaaS360!
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF has made CYOD a breeze for our organization! We migrated from MaaS360, which was convoluted and unreliable. JAMF has fulfilled our needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't hit any snags! Such a better experience than our previous MDM that it's hard to fault!

What do you like best about the product?
The flow and accessibility of gathering all Mac data in the org in one spot. It is really easy to use and there are many helpful tips along the way

Not too much to dislike about Jamf Pro, everything works as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering all details we need from the Macs to make decisions on how we need to patch each Mac or application and how we can be restricting with certain apple functionality

Great product. Very easy to use, user friendly.

Nothing at the moment. Everything works well I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage ipads. Most of all helps us decom them when users leave. Before we were just stuck with activation locks
Jamf: Ease of Use with Excellent Support, Changing Team Dynamics
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Jamf for its ease of use and the availability of resources. The support provided by Jamf is really helpful, along with the professional services they offer. I also find the Slack channels for support to be a valuable resource. The initial setup of Jamf is very easy, making the process smooth and uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the constant changes in team support for customers. We had customer success almost every year, and once we're settled with one team, then we need to establish relationships again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf helps with application patching, zero-touch deployment, and application deployment.
Long term customer, would recommend

Jamf community, large user group, easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support via email and ticketing is not as good as before when jamf was a smaller company.

Encryption, deployment and patching.
