What do you like best about the product?
In JotUrl we leverage BrowserStack for multiple tests we run periodically (mobile apps, deep linking technologies, mobile UX, etc.).
BrowserStack provides our Engineers with an Easy and Reliable way to run tests for a huge set of Mobile Environments and Devices.
It is surprisingly accurate (we always replicate tests also on a set of multiple physical devices) and their Team keeps the technology updated at a top notch level. We can only recommend the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that could be considered critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us an easy and reliable way to perform Mobile app testing within a broad set of environments and devices.

Test on the Best!

  • October 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is always favourite as its always customer oriented with better customer support. Day to day use of browserstack is awesome and can help better in testing. It has SDK features which helps in localized testing rather on cloud. All kind of features available in the localized one also. Integrating with other tools with proper documentation and step by step guide helps a lot for it. Implementing reporting tools like JIRA, QTEST are always awesome for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are coming as a package and making the package costly , so i guess they should add some feature for users to pick needy features and to pay accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack helps us to identify the defects during testing on selenium grid to chack the compatibility, acceptability. Getting report is easier when you compare to other cloud platforms. It impacts the QA testing speed and defect closing cycle becomes shorts.

Great product. Amazing what it can do without virtual emulation.

  • October 05, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That it's not an emulation nor a virtual preview. It's an ACTUAL device/operating system/browser in a server room somewhere. So we know exactly what we're testing in Browserstack is how the end user will experience it on their specific PC/device using their specific OS and browser. We use it for testing mobile and desktop designs during UAT.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a large, worldwide testing support team that are comprised of contractors. It would be great to allow more people to use our team account without having to add so many additional users. Maybe some type of temporary user license that expires after 30 days or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-platform, cross-OS, and cross-browser testing for UX/UI designs on both desktop and mobile.

Multiple cloud hosted mobile devices for mobile application testing

  • October 05, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For frequently testing of mobile applicatio and for running parallel test runs a large number of devices required which can't be possible on single physical device. Browserstack provides number of features to test the application regressiveley as well as number of devices. Implementation of Appium codes to the automate mobile applications. Customer support is very responssive while you consider for taking any help. Ease of using browserstack is much easier than other such kind of apps in the market. If we will come to integrating the third-party apps we can do it with ease like jenkin, jira, qtest.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about browserstack, we have little concern about the price point as it's attacking to our pockets. After this much price also we have concern for performance and documentation as we can't compromise more cost for support engineer everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The return to the cost after using the Browserstack we are very satisfied. Parallel testing are very smooth and also the jenkin scheduling is also easy . Because in case of webapplication we are good to do it in local but for mobile application it's quite difficult as well as expensive. so we need to have some cloud based solution like browserstack to solve our problem.
