Best in class testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I heard about Browserstack in my current organisation. We use Browserstack for running automation scripts on every type of mobile device whether it is android or iOS and for manual testing in different screen size of devices.
It help our boost our confidence before launching any product in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has everything under single roof, so their pricing should be alo one for all product. And need some sort of support for API testing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Browserstack in our current organisation for all our testing needs. We have schedules daily CI/CD piplines with the help of browserstack and Gitlab to the run the automation test on all product. This help us review the issues without actual testing.
Works fast and does the job pretty well
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using app live to enhance our manual QA process with more devices and os options.
I like how easy it is to quickly get a new version and test it in Browserstack without too many clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was expecting it to have a wider variety of devices+os combinations. We have found what works for us, but we were expecting more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack solves to problem of having different people testing our new app versions on different device+os combinations.

I do not know how to hcnage form ios to android when I test mobile apps

Working in a telcom company we can not work with oit Browserstack. Its our every dat tool like JIRA and Confluance.

It some times gets so slow. the reactive speed of the screen takes time. working with super computers is and Browserstak will give a diff experiance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my team has about 7 QA's who does a lot of testing and have lot of physical devises and every one working from home and to cut the cost of providing 70 different phone and have inventory Browserstack solves all the problems. Easy way to take screen shots on the desktop and give pointers to dev for investigation.
On paper is great, but has lacked reliability

Localbrowserstack architecture has been flaky and losing connections.

- Product Ecosystem of BrowserStack is expanding and trying to make overall collaboration easy and effective
- Documentation is deatiled enough to get most of the queries resolved
- One stop solution for all testing needs like Automate Product -> O11y -> Test Case Management. This entire flow makes it easy for integrating everything at one single place.

What do you dislike about the product?
- CI/CD is still missing
- Products stability is flaky. It has too many bugs(specifically new products) which at times hinders our overall testing cycle. As we rely on BrowserStack for testing solution but when their product goes down then it heavily impact our day-to-day deliverables.
- Frequently changing dynamics of products and pricing, questions the reliability on BrowserStack as a whole.

Great framework for testing
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a variety of tools to start doing testing right away from basic to complex scenarios

somethings are not easy to integrate with client tools

Makes it easier to cover wide variety of testing requirements and automate them
Cheap but feature rich site and app testing suite for all modern browsers.
What do you like best about the product?
GIves a very small QA team a suite of testing tools and environments on various platform. Nice compact UI with broad overview of automation testing and browser specifics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could not get the Jira integration to work. There are some limitation omissions manual testing and occasional lags or delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part, our QA team uses this exclusively for cross browser testing and this and a couple other tools for app testing and validation. It keeps our QA budget overhead to a minimum with only 2 full time QA engineers.
Streamlined Testing with Live Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like testing on live devices and cross-browser, which is really beneficial for my workflow. BrowserStack also helps solve the problem of scalability, which is important for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the ability to have a custom dashboard for users could be improved. I'd like to set it up based on my most used features. I'd love to create a dashboard with my favorite, most used links and features, like live testing or last runs, exactly how I want it.

What do you dislike about the product?
- For our employees who worked from the East Asia, the latency is a bit slower
- Sometimes, we have some issues with some specific devices but after raising those issues to BrowserStack, usually they work on fixing them
- The device is reset at the end of the session so it can be a problem if you have a lot of things to initiate/configure before your testing, you will need to redo it all the time you will start a new session.

Since we work from home, it is important for our developers and QA to have access to multiple real devices, BrowserStack is a good solution for that since it can provide the devices on the cloud.
