Browserstack is impressive and fastest one
What do you like best about the product?
I did not know about BrowserStack before December 2024.In December I was working with one of my projects and that momemnt I required a Macbook urgently but I tried to find out alternative system to use macbook instead of buy it. After that I searched on google and at last I found Browserstack.It is really reliable, faster, low at cost , unbelivable and limitless features. I found it very usefull for my work.The support team is very friendly and they response faster than others. When I used it it was working smoothly even I use it daily for speed up my work . If I say shortly , it is really awsome with easy integration and implementaion function even a little boy can easily use it like selecting operating system, browser, version etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Browserstack should run discounts camping for more growth and reach out the people. And it should include more payment gateways so that everyone can afford it easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was testing a software in Macbook as I have no Macbook I used Browserstack to get a Macbook environment. It saved my money as well as my time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Browserstack because it is a famous web development and testing platform that offers numerous benefits like Cross-Browser Testing, from different browser,versions and devices, real device cloud whuch can be access real android and ios devices for authentic mobile testing, responsive design testing which ensure seamless website rendering across different sizes of devices and lastly the automated testing which is integrated with popular frameworks like selenium, appium and cypress
What do you dislike about the product?
what i dont like with browserstack is the inconsistent performance , which it is slow loading, laggy interactions or worst is crashing and alos the inaccurate rendering which some websites may not render exactly as they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me BrowserStack solves a lot for me like cross-browser compatibility, manual testing inefficiencies, device and browser fragmentation, testing infrastructure cost and lastly the slow testing cycles which in the other hand it benefit me alot since it improves website compatibility, faster time to market, enhanced user experience and scalability.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly not complacated to use, what i like the most is the Customer Support they are approchable ang friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe its the pricing, in the Philippines the 29$ its to much for me i guess

Cross-brower compatibility testing, it ensures me that the application I'm working on will provide a consistent and optimized user experience across all browsers, reducing the risk of compatibility issues and potential customer complaints.
Software That Do Its Job Right
What do you like best about the product?
It take care of all of its task very smoothy, easy to use and implement required things, best in terms of testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dowtime but it get fix fast, parllel running of multiple test fails sometime

Testing my e2e test, it do its job well and not let me worry about deploying the wrong code.

The Testing Buddy You Didn't Know You Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, BrowserStack is like having a full-blown device lab in your pocket without the clutter. The fact that I can test on dozens of devices - old iPhones, shiny new Androids, whatever the latest Chrome or Safari version is - without having to leave my desk is a game-changer. I also love that it’s all in the cloud, so no clunky software installs. For someone juggling way too many projects, it’s a huge time saver. Plus, their live testing is super slick - just hop in, pick a device/browser combo, and boom, you’re testing like a pro. It’s also helped me look smarter in meetings, which, let’s face it, we all need sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s pricey. Like, you-really-need-a-budget pricey, especially if you’re not using it daily. And while the interface is mostly smooth, it does occasionally feel a bit sluggish. However once you're using Browserstack properly, the benefits significantly outweigh the costs.

Mobile application testing a large number of mobile types, sizes, and features.
Great breadth of devices. Slow to load

The access to hundreds of different devices without having to buy them all. Its pretty easy to use without a great deal of training.

It can be very slow to start up and often seems to have issues when installing our app on one of the phones.

Provides access to a whole host of devices without the need to purchase and manage them.
Useful tool to test German website
What do you like best about the product?
I can test multilingual website across geographies while being in India, without use of VPN.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to do new user testing, if we have done testing once on the mobile app using the BrowserStack account. It is considered it as repeat user

Able to do German website testing from India without using VPN. This help in identifying issues across different screen sizes.

Helpful to test differnt scrreen sizes in single platform. Work well for testing across multiple geographies

User interface for live web testing is bit slow and not much userfriendly
