Extensive Device Support with Stellar Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the extensive list of devices that we can test out with BrowserStack. It makes testing our mobile and web applications across different Android and iOS versions easy. The phenomenal support from the BrowserStack team is something I appreciate, as they provide quick responses whenever we encounter issues or problems with configurability. The initial setup was very fast, and the self-explanatory documentation available on the platform is fantastic. Also, I didn't have to make changes to our existing code, which made integrating BrowserStack very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think so far, you know, we have a, you know, phenomenal performance where, you know, with the BrowserStack. So there's nothing much, that, you know, you know, product side is not solving already. But, yeah, like, if there is any way that, you know, we can include AI in our, you know, APM suits or the, you know, export suits, that could really help. So browsers, for the browser, we already have the support from the team. But, if we can get from APM or export, then it will be help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of accessing low-end devices and allows testing on multiple devices simultaneously, which helps address customer issues. Its extensive device list and support for various OS versions and browsers let us focus on functionality without needing physical devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for testing purposes because we don't have a wide variety of physical devices for different iOS and Android versions, so it's really helpful. What I like most about BrowserStack is how helpful it is when I'm working from home. I also use live testing and real device cloud features extensively. The live testing lets me open my application on different devices and browsers and interact with it, while the real device cloud provides access to a wide range of iOS and Android devices. The initial setup was relatively easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in live testing the session will be a little slow. Stability and accessibility of devices would make the experience better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves device shortage issues by providing a wide range of iOS and Android versions for testing. It's very helpful for working from home, allowing me to open applications on different devices and browsers with live testing and real device cloud access.

What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack very helpful because we have a shortage of physical devices, and it provides access to a variety of Android and iOS versions that we don't have. It's especially useful when working from home and makes it easy for me to use when there's an update. I also use BrowserStack with GitHub, which is quite handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the price is more, there is limitation of purchasing the devices. Initially setup of BrowserStack was bit tough.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack helps me with cross-browser profile and cross-device testing without having to physically manage all devices at the same time. The fact that I can use multiple OS combos on cloud makes it extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I noticed the session speeds feel sluggish at times which could cause friction during live debugging. But overtime this stopped being an issue for us based on pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack helps ensure that our sandboxed WASM packs and tool interfaces at worka.ai are able to render and behave consistently across different browsers and operating systems. It also supports QA validation, reducing the risk of compatibility bugs reaching our end users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack's logo and how it organizes web and app separately, which lets me execute separate platform test cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails which appear could be more clear. I think it would be helpful if issues were built with extra details.

Honestly, I don’t like BrowserStack because it can be laggy at times, especially on certain devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using BrowserStack because it offers so many different variations of iPhone and Android formats, and all the different browsers. It's great to be able to check different version numbers and different tablets to ensure that responsiveness is working properly within a tool. We find it very helpful for team collaboration to make sure that everything is functioning properly. Initial setup was super easy, and I appreciate being able to log in and have access to check different versions and website browsers. It's very helpful to try out sandbox links on different devices to ensure our tool meets the responsiveness needed for most general models.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in BrowserStack, we don't see the same display that we do with actual physical devices. This discrepancy can lead to second guessing and double checking, making it really hard to tell what is the correct experience when troubleshooting an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us test our pharma coverage tool across different devices without owning them, which is great. It offers various iPhone and Android formats, browsers, and tablets, ensuring our tool's responsiveness works well, and aids team collaboration.
Immediate availability of mobiles and live testing in seconds
What do you like best about the product?
I like the immediate availability of mobile devices to perform live tests, their interface is user-friendly, I managed to conduct my tests on a specific model in seconds. An incident occurred with a recent model (Pixel 10 Pro) and I managed to replicate it, as I do not have the physical mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I managed to install my production app. I would have liked to have the possibility to install it directly from the Google store (Play Store), to rule out if the reasons for the problem were in my .apk or in the version that is in production. I found the favorite devices list functionality useful, as I perform tests on specific models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to test my mobile applications on real devices, which is very useful for me to validate their functionality.
