Great for Cross Platform Testing, Speed and Variety of Devices

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of BrowserStack and the ability to choose various devices, including older devices with different versions of operating systems to check compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we have to log in to TestFlight every time we open the devices and it doesn't save data. I would like data persistence and the option to choose if we want a new session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test applications on various platforms and resolve potential UI and functionality defects. I like the speed and variety of devices, especially the ability to test on older devices to check compatibility.

Valuable for Mobile Testing but Slow iOS Launch Times

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that BrowserStack proposes a large range of devices. This feature allows us to test different user configurations, verifying if everything works properly and attempting to replicate any user-reported bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the speed at launch extremely painful on iOS because it takes way too much time to launch. On iOS, it takes on average between one minute and thirty seconds or sometimes maybe two minutes to launch the app on the simulator, whereas on Android, it takes between twenty-five and thirty seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for mobile testing. It solves the problem of lacking a device at hand by enabling quick testing in minutes. The large range of devices lets us test different user configurations and replicate bugs.

Revolutionized App Testing with Real Device Access

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use BrowserStack for the App Live feature. It saves me the time and logistics of having real devices; I can just use BrowserStack to access a real device in seconds. I really like the seamless experience of using a real device halfway across the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The devtools experience could be a bit better. Specifically, the network dev tools. Also, I had some trouble with account setup and network proxies, so I'd rate the initial setup a 6/10 for simplicity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to access real devices quickly for app testing, saving time and avoiding the logistics of having physical devices.

Effortless API Mocking with Seamless UI

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy-to-use interface of BrowserStack. The feature of mocking API calls in the Requestly App is very helpful. It allows me to hardcode responses for backend call URLs and test frontend changes easily, even when backend APIs are not ready. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for mocking all backend calls from the frontend, which makes testing changes easy without worrying if the backend is up. It lets me mock APIs even when they're not ready, so I can still test the frontend.

I love how easy it is to use and how many different devices and systems you can jump between. It is really helpful to be able to see the difference between size of device and operating system for front end work especially.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to load into a system or a device and sometimes I have to go out and back in for it to connect.
