Streamlined Testing with Customizable Edge Case Solutions

  • April 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find that all the generated test cases are well organized and save a lot of prep time. I also like that we can still customize them for our industry, which is a private wealth organization. This helps us customize our test cases according to our cost money. The initial setup was also very easy and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connecting to the real UI has a miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us create test cases faster and suggests edge cases we might miss.

Streamlined Cross-Browser Testing with Real Devices with BrowserStack

  • April 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing of web applications, which solves critical challenges like cross-browser inconsistency and lack of real device access. The biggest advantage is testing on actual Android and iOS devices. There's also no need to maintain local virtual machines, and integration with CI/CD tools allows parallel test execution, directly impacting test accuracy and delivery speed. Testing on actual devices helps me catch issues that would otherwise slip into production. The integration with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins and GitHub Actions makes testing continuous and allows tests to run automatically when new code is pushed. The initial setup was very easy, connecting BrowserStack with CI/CD was straightforward, and the browsers and devices were ready to use, so we could start testing almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be improved in the following areas: Parallel testing is great, but it's tied to your plan. Hitting concurrency limits during peak testing can slow down CI/CD. Sometimes live sessions can slightly feel laggy, especially on real devices with lower network bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser inconsistency and accessing real devices. It improves test accuracy and delivery speed, and integration with CI/CD pipelines allows automated testing when code is pushed.

Making Cross-Browser QA Simple and Scalable.

  • April 05, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is how easily it handles cross-browser and cross-device testing without needing to manage physical devices. It saves a lot of time in day-to-day QA work. The platform is simple to use and features like session recording, logs and screenshots really help in debugging issues quickly. It also works well with automation tools, which makes it easy to include in our testing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
One things I feel cound be improved is the learning curve for some of the advanced features, especially when setting up automation or exploring deeper capabilities. It takes a bit of time to get fully comfortable. Also, managing multiple sessions at once can sometimes feel a bit less streamlined than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack mainly solves the challenge of testing across multiple browsers and real devices without needing to set up and maintain a physical device lab. This is a big benefit because it saves both time and infrastructure effort. For me, it makes testing faster and more efficient, especially when verifying compatibility issues. It also helps in quickly reproducing bugs on different environments, which improves overall testing quality and speeds up the release process.

Instant Access to Real iOS & Android Devices—A Testing Game-Changer

  • April 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best part is the instant

access to real Android and iOS devices. Emulators and simulators are fine for early development, but they can't replicate real-world issues like battery drain, hardware-specific Ul glitches, or how an app handles actual touch gestures. Being able to pull up a specific iPhone or Pixel model in seconds without having to maintain a physical device lab is a massive game-changer for our team's accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is definitely on the steeper side, especially for smaller teams or startups. It can feel like a big jump when you need to add more parallel sessions or move beyond the basic plans. Some advanced features are also locked behind higher-tier packages, which makes it hard to scale your testing as your project grows without a significant budget increase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our testing bottleneck. By using

BrowserStack's parallel testing, we can run our entire Selenium/Cypress suite across 10 different environments simultaneously. What used to take an entire afternoon now happens in 15 minutes. This has allowed us to move to a true CI/CD workflow where we can deploy updates multiple times a week without worrying that we missed a major bug."

Essential for Real Device Testing, Some Disconnection Issues

  • April 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the real device coverage BrowserStack provides, offering an impressive list of physical devices to run my Appium scripts across multiple environments. It's important for me because mobile apps behave differently depending on the OS version and the actual hardware. The ability to pick a specific device and run my script against it gives me a confidence level that emulators can't match. I've caught bugs that only appear on certain Android versions. Additionally, the video recordings and session logs have saved me a lot of time when debugging failures—I just watch what happened and share it with developers instead of trying to reproduce issues manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sessions can disconnect during longer test runs, which can be frustrating. The dashboard feels a bit clustered when trying to navigate between device configurations and test results quickly. Better filtering in the test results view would be helpful because it can get hard to navigate quickly, especially if looking for a specific failed run from earlier in the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of not owning every Android and iOS device by providing access to real devices, catching issues emulators miss. It offers real device coverage for confidence in testing, and time-saving video recordings and session logs aid debugging.
