Effortless Multi-Browser Testing with Stellar Integrations

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack's ecosystem easy to use for testing with Karma and Jasmine. It's great for running automated tests and reporting status directly back to the CLI. The setup is straightforward with the Karma Jasmine plugin from npm, making it easy to ensure our merge requests and nightly builds maintain conformity and pass all the tests across various environments. I'm particularly impressed with the ability to test on multiple browsers like Chrome, Windows, Mac, Firefox, and Safari. BrowserStack provides a solid infrastructure for fast tests and offers a good environment that's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Karma plugin needs improvement and maintenance from the BrowserStack team to be kept up to date. It's super useful and extremely good, and it could also have more features like more detailed reporting and more customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for automated tests on multiple browsers. It's easy to integrate with Karma and Jasmine, ensuring our merge requests and nightly builds pass across environments. The fast tests and good infrastructure make it great for testing.

User-Friendly but Needs Performance Improvements

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack easy to use and friendly, especially when it comes to the interface, which is very friendly. This makes it easier for developers to have a better experience. One of the biggest advantages is that it gives us access to mobile devices on the browser and supports different operating systems like Windows, Macs, and Androids. This helps our developers test faster and manage releases they do daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, one of the things that's generally that developers complain about is the new features. Sometimes the tab's a little slow, it freezes, and crashes. Page is not loading up properly. Those are some of the general complaints we see on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find BrowserStack helps with automated testing and debugging for websites and apps across multiple browsers like Chrome and Firefox, making it easier for developers to quickly test releases on various operating systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using BrowserStack to test my websites and iOS apps because it helps me identify what needs to be fixed.
