Efficient Testing with Superb Compatibility

  • March 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack to be very easy and user-friendly. I appreciate its compatibility as a testing platform, which makes it simple to use. I particularly like the early bug detection feature since it identifies problems very early during automation, saving me from potential hassles later on. The multiple browser compatibility is also impressive, as I use both Chrome and Firefox for my projects, and many other platforms are not compatible with both like BrowserStack is. Overall, these features make my testing process more efficient and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more time to execute once in a while, especially when the test case is long and heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack makes automation easier with its compatible testing platform. It helps with early bug detection and supports multiple browsers, unlike others. I use Chrome and Firefox, and it works perfectly for both.

Effortless Cross-Browser Testing, Minimal Setup

  • March 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I found BrowserStack amazing for its ability to spin up just about any variation and combination you could think of, and it was so convenient to do so. It's extremely valuable because without it, I would have faced the cost of setting up numerous different machines, which isn't feasible in a normal real-world situation. The fact that I could spin up actual machines instead of virtual versions was a real important point for me. BrowserStack made the initial setup process incredibly easy as there was nothing to set up; it just worked straight out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing that I had an issue with BrowserStack was just access speed. But that's to be expected. Considering, the fact that I'm controlling a remote machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test web apps across multiple platforms and browser types, identifying compatibility issues, especially backwards compatibility. It saves me from the cost and time of setting up physical machines locally that might only see use once a year, offering flexibility and ease by spinning up actual machines instantly.

Comprehensive Real-Device Testing

  • March 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is simply the most comprehensive testing infrastructure we've ever used. The sheer breadth of real devices, operating systems, and browser combinations available instantly is incredible. It has completely eliminated our need to maintain a costly and outdated internal device lab
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides, but occasionally, during peak hours, I've noticed a bit of latency when interacting with the real devices. The session startup times can sometimes take a little longer than expected when the platform is under heavy load. Additionally, while device availability is generally excellent, trying to access a highly specific, older device model during busy times can sometimes require a short wait. It’s a minor inconvenience in an otherwise stellar platform, but slight improvements to peak-hour performance and load times would make it perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously struggled with extremely slow release cycles because running our automated test suites sequentially on local emulators was bottlenecking our entire pipeline. Emulators also gave us false positives that slipped into production. But now, we can execute our automated scripts in parallel across BrowserStack's massive real-device cloud, integrated right into our CI/CD workflow. This has resulted in cutting our regression testing time by about 80%—from taking over a full day down to just a few hours—allowing us to ship updates significantly faster and with much higher confidence

Fast, Reliable Cross-Browser & Real-Device Testing That Saves Time

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Cross-browser and real-device testing. Platform is fast, reliable, and saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to maintain physical devices. I especially appreciate the wide range of browsers and devices available
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of BrowserStack is that some devices can be slow or laggy at times, which can affect the testing experience and make it harder to run tests efficiently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test on different browsers and real devices without having to manage a bunch of physical devices myself. It saves me a lot of time and effort, and makes it much easier to catch issues early and make sure everything works smoothly.

Comprehensive Testing Tool with Minor AI Glitches

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate BrowserStack's ease of use and its AI test case generation feature. The variety of different devices available for testing is fantastic, and the automation reports are incredibly helpful. As a QA, these elements are beneficial in my day-to-day work. The fact that BrowserStack is an all-in-one tool sets it apart from products like TestRail and Zephyr, which were only for test cases. The initial setup was very easy, and importing our existing test cases was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI test case generation will not work. When I go to generate, it will throw a blank screen. This happens pretty frequently as of recent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me organize test cases and test on devices I don't have. It's easy to use, offers AI test case generation, supports a variety of devices, and provides automation reports, which helps my day-to-day tasks as a QA.
