What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use BrowserStack for accessibility scans, and it solves the problem of not having to replicate all accessibility testing in-house. I like that the amount of environments you have access to is very good. The platform itself seems polished and robust. I also find that BrowserStack's live devices function better, especially on iOS, and the initial setup was simple.

Streamlined Test Management with Top Security
What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack for its ability to organize and manage test data efficiently. It makes reporting easy and solves the hassle of dealing with scattered data in Google Sheets. I also appreciate that there's no data security breach. BrowserStack's demo on using the test case management tool made it easy to get started, and the process of storing and managing data is now effective with this tool.

Comprehensive Device Testing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack immensely valuable for running automation scripts and performing functional, UI, and cross-platform testing. It solves the problem of needing various physical devices with different brands, operating systems, and configurations, which is difficult to manage otherwise. When we had an Android version issue, BrowserStack was crucial in identifying that a UI problem was specific to Android version 12 by allowing us to test extensively across all versions. It provides access to the variety of devices we can't physically possess, making it essential for our testing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company is product-based and we have an IoT device that connects with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi through our app. BrowserStack devices can't test that feature because we need a physical device to test it. Also, initially, setting up BrowserStack was quite difficult due to the need to set up the BrowserStack ID, although this was learned and sorted later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to run tests on various devices, which we can't physically have. It helped us identify a UI issue specific to Android version 12 when we had a shortage of real devices.
Comprehensive Testing, Slight Performance Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate BrowserStack's wide coverage of real devices and browsers, which makes testing highly reliable. The ease of switching between environments and the quick setup are fantastic because they eliminate the need for maintaining physical device labs, saving time and effort. I also like the seamless debugging tools that significantly speed up the testing process, making it easy to catch environment-specific issues early.
What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack is very useful, there are occasional performance lags on certain devices, especially during peak usage. Session stability can sometimes be inconsistent, and execution speed for automated tests could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to quickly identify and fix cross-browser and device compatibility issues, eliminating the need for physical labs. Its wide device coverage and quick setup improve product quality, save time, and make testing seamless.

It's been a big help for faster debugging and smoother releases in our enterprise setup.
It's been a big help for faster debugging and smoother releases in our enterprise setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that live sessions can sometimes lag, especially during peak usage. Occasional session drops and slightly higher pricing can be a bit frustrating for long-term scaling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack removes the hassle of managing physical devices and complex test environments for cross-browser testing. It lets me validate apps quickly and reliably, speeding up releases and keeping our internal and client-facing system stable.
Efficient Cross-Browser Testing, Needs Documentation Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that BrowserStack lets us do manual testing and makes it feel like we're using real physical devices, even though it's all done through cloud devices. The wide variety of devices available is awesome. Also, the ability to run automation on more than 100 different devices and get results in one or two hours about which test cases pass and what bugs might be present is very helpful. This feature helps make sure that our app is bug-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we faced problems because the documentation is not clear and some problems were not in the scope of the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for browser checks and automated testing across over 100 devices, ensuring our app is bug-free on all OS versions quickly, reducing production delays.
Streamlined Cross-Browser Testing, Security Concerns Persist
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack mainly for cross-browser testing of my web app and testing my mobile application on different devices across multiple platforms. It helps me test on various screen sizes, browsers, and OS platforms without needing to own the devices, reducing costs for our business. I like that they stay on top of industry practices, especially regarding testing services, so I take insights and knowledge from their approach to solving problems. I appreciate testing on real devices instead of setting up a device farm myself. I also enjoy browsing their tool set and am interested in how their AI-adapted tools will work. The setup was simple, and I found it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always felt some discomfort sharing my org credentials like email and passwords, to enter into mobile devices and browsers when using BrowserStack. Sometimes sharing the credentials on a remote device feels insecure. I assume there might be security measures in place for those scenarios, but it's always the worst case scenario that comes to mind when sharing credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser testing and testing on multiple platforms without owning the devices, reducing our business costs.
