Effortless Cross-Browser Testing with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using BrowserStack for a while, and it has been a great addition to my testing workflow. It is easy to use and makes both manual and automation testing much easier. I rely on BrowserStack for quick testing across Chrome, Firefox, and Edge to ensure consistent layout and functionality. I like that BrowserStack is a dependable cross-browser testing solution. Its smooth integration with the automation tools I'm familiar with makes my life easier. Parallel test execution reduces total testing time, and the stable execution environment is great for automation suites and easy debugging. We also found the initial setup surprisingly easy.

Essential for Real Device Testing but Can Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack allows me to use local testing through the company network and offers a variety of different devices. This helps me a lot because staging servers are not accessible through real test devices or personal mobile phones, and using BrowserStack local testing is a much faster solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading screen of the mobile devices sometimes takes a while. Setting up the local test environment on BrowserStack was a bit of a hassle. The user experience on mobile devices is sometimes a bit slow and laggy. The debug options on mobile devices could be improved; it's really difficult to inspect the code or get the correct container with the debug tools provided by BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test websites on mobile phones, which helps me see real device behavior compared to emulators. The local testing feature speeds up access to staging servers inaccessible on actual devices, and the variety of devices offered is a big plus.
Seamless Testing with 2,000+ Real Devices
What do you like best about the product?
It's having more than 2000 real devices which helps organization to perform testing seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Test execution were slow and flaky sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces lots of cost because we can use the devices which have been already acquired and configured
Comprehensive Testing Across Platforms, but Lacks Key DevTools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can select from a wide variety of platforms and models on BrowserStack. It helps me debug my code on those systems without needing to find them physically. I appreciate how BrowserStack helps me discover issues that arise with new features while designing and developing web pages, especially on native platform browsers like Safari on iPhones or Chrome on Android. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often rely on the performance tab in devtools to analyze bottlenecks in my code. I was not able to find the performance tab in the devtools inside BrowserStack. I think that's a major thing for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test webpage responsiveness, detect platform-specific issues, and debug on various platforms without needing physical devices.

Essential for Cross-Browser Testing with Solid Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack for its wide range of provided devices and browsers, which really helps in completing cross-browser testing. I use two plans, Live and App Live, which allow me to test both websites and native mobile apps. The App Live plan is particularly useful as it enables me to upload test apps on different OS and devices. The Live plan helps me test websites across various OS, browser, and device configurations. The initial setup was clear, making it easy for my team and me to start using it. I also appreciate the support; any issues or errors I encountered were resolved effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing special. Browserstack works pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I also appreciate that it provides the reliability and the ability to find bugs before the customer does. It's a good tool, and it's useful.

Effortless Setup, Real Device Testing Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to test across devices; it solves the problem of browser incompatibility. The feature I enjoy most is the Real device cloud, which lets me test how mobile interfaces interact with my ASP.NET Core APIs on actual iOS and Android devices without maintaining a physical device lab. The initial setup process was way easy and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the occasional latency and cost of course 🙂. If the scaling on the infrastructure can be worked on to make it less sluggish and buggy and the price is a little bit not pocket friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test across devices, solving browser incompatibility. The Real Device Cloud helps test mobile interfaces with ASP.NET Core APIs on real devices without maintaining a physical lab.
Relatively Easy-to-Use Tools That Deliver
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use the tools offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. Too expensive. Nickel and dimed on everything. Also, support is a bit slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows use to test on mobile easily since there's a device farm. Also, the new a11y testing looks promising since you usually can't find open source tools on mobile a11y testing.
