Effortless Mobile App Testing with Diverse Options
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for live mobile app testing, and I love that it allows me to test mobile apps on different devices with various Android and iOS versions without having to physically purchase them. The best thing about BrowserStack is that it provides different ways to test an app, including uploading the APK, using TestFlight, or simply downloading the app from the Play Store or App Store. The initial setup was really easy, with everything clearly mentioned for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like when I am using TestFlight if there is a way to store my login credentials, it would be really helpful.

Effortless Cross-Browser Testing and Seamless Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate automation using YAML config, which reduces effort in maintaining the automation pipeline. I find the new test management tool very useful for managing test case inventory, tracking test execution, and viewing coverage stats. I also value the test management feature because it helps organize and maintain our test case inventory efficiently, while making tracking test execution, reporting results, and monitoring coverage much easier. I appreciate that there was enough documentation provided by BrowserStack, making the initial setup not hard and quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the test management section, especially with more advanced filtering and search options. Better filtering would make it easier to quickly find specific cases and manage large test inventories more efficiently. I wanted to search the test cases based on the name, right now it is not that much easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test apps across browsers and devices without a device lab, integrating automation and CI/CD. I like the easy automation setup with YAML and the test management tool for organizing, tracking, and viewing coverage.
Instant Real-Device Testing That Boosts Coverage and Speeds Up Releases
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about BrowserStack is the instant access it provides to a wide range of real devices and browsers in the cloud. This lets me run both manual and automated cross‑browser testing without having to maintain a physical device lab. The interface is straightforward and easy to use, it integrates smoothly with frameworks like Selenium, Appium, and Cypress, and it fits well into CI/CD pipelines. As a result, I spend far less time on setup, and regression testing moves faster. Overall, it meaningfully improves my test coverage and helps me catch cross‑device issues earlier, which leads to more reliable releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
For automation, one downside is that session start times and overall device performance can sometimes be slow, which can affect longer CI regression runs. Also, as we scale up parallel executions, the subscription cost increases quickly, so it requires careful cost–benefit justification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack mainly addresses the challenge of maintaining a large in-house device and browser lab while still missing edge cases. It provides on-demand access to thousands of real devices and browsers in the cloud, so I can validate compatibility quickly without having to buy, manage, or maintain hardware.
It also helps with slow, manual regression cycles by enabling parallel automated runs integrated into CI/CD. That shortens feedback time and helps us ship with more confidence. For me, this translates into faster debugging with videos, logs, and screenshots, broader coverage, and fewer production issues across different devices and browsers.

Efficient Testing with Rapid OS Updates but Needs AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for test management, and I really like how it allows me to do live testing on multiple mobile versions and operating systems. It's great for when I don't have access to specific versions, and it saves me a lot of time in my testing work. I also appreciate how BrowserStack updates every variation so quickly. If there's a new operating system update, it shows up in BrowserStack the next day, which is super helpful for testing new updates. It's invaluable for ensuring applications work fine on all these new updates. Additionally, the user interface is pretty easy and can be understood by anyone with basic knowledge of management tools. Overall, it's a simple system to understand.
