Reliable cross browser testing without the setup hassle
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to test our web apps across different browsers and devices without setting up physical machines. I can quickly switch between environments and check how features behave in real conditions. The platform is smooth and saves a lot of time during testing cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Session loading can take a bit longer during peak usage.
Pricing can feel high if you need access for a larger team.
Pricing can feel high if you need access for a larger team.

Testing across multiple browsers and devices is critical for us since users access our platform in different ways. BrowserStack removes the need to maintain a large device lab and gives instant access to many environments.
Reliable Cross-Browser Testing on Real Devices That Speeds Up QA
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about BrowserStack is being able to test across a wide range of real devices and browsers without having to maintain any physical infrastructure. It’s especially convenient for quickly spinning up different environments and reproducing issues that are difficult to catch locally. Overall, the platform feels reliable and easy to use, and it integrates smoothly into our testing workflow, which helps us speed up QA and release cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is performance speed when testing on certain older devices or under slower network conditions, as it can sometimes feel a bit laggy.
In addition, the pricing can get steep for larger teams, especially if you need extensive parallel testing. Overall, though, these feel like minor drawbacks compared to the value it provides.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the challenge of testing web applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices without having to maintain an in-house device lab. It helps save time and resources while improving QA efficiency, making cross-environment testing much easier to manage.
Test on Devices You Don’t Have—Fast and Convenient

BrowserStack’s coverage and tools cuts Physical Device Dependency and increase automation efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Browser stack provides a lot of capabilities that support automation, such as image injection and local testing enablement. These features help us automate tricky scenarios, reduce manual overhead, and increase our automation test coverage. The interactive debugging in app-automate is also an added benefit; it sometimes saves time and helps us narrow down script issues more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI gets stuck on app-live, and the session logs out or expires before the configured session timeout. Also, the app’s automated new dashboard UI isn’t very easy to understand or use compared to the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack helps a lot because it offers a wide range of devices and capabilities. This reduces the dependency on physical devices and also cuts down on manual effort.
Easy Cross-Browser Testing with Real Devices and 4-at-Once Multidevice Support
What do you like best about the product?
It has real devices , we mostly use for cross browser and platform testing and the switching between devices is really easy also we the feature where 4 devices can be used at the same time is quite time saving .
What do you dislike about the product?
It scroll action in the device is either very fast or very slow even if we try to adjust the scroll behaviour.

Since it has multiple browser and devices option saves lot of testing time
Powerful Test Run Management and Analytics—With or Without Browserstack SDK
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the test run management and analytics it offers, whether or not I integrate the Browserstack SDK. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time from both vendor and client support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack sometimes doesn’t show test runs or the interactive debugging mode. This is probably due to latency, possibly because the SDK isn’t integrated. Overall, though, that’s mostly the only issue we face as a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a test automation team, we needed a plug-and-play test run analytics dashboard, which is exactly what BrowserStack offers. It’s easy to use and secure for our internal systems.
BrowserStack Makes Cross-Device Testing Fast with Parallel Runs and Broad Browser Support
What do you like best about the product?
The most amazing feature of BrowserStack is that it lets users access and use almost any mobile device without physically owning it. It also includes the latest devices, which makes it easy to stay up to date while testing. Another big advantage is the ability to test on multiple mobile devices at the same time (in parallel), which saves a lot of time. Almost all the browsers available in the market are supported on BrowserStack as well.
BrowserStack also supports automation testing for both mobile and web platforms. We can integrate TestFlight with BrowserStack for build generation, and I find this to be a very useful feature. For iOS devices, users can also simulate offline scenarios, which helps when validating app behavior under different network conditions.
And BrowserStack is super easy to use, even junior QAs can use it easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few things I dislike about BrowserStack are that, at times, it takes a long time to load mobile devices, which makes testing feel very slow. For Android devices, offline simulation still isn’t possible. As a user, I should be able to toggle mobile device settings and temporarily access the phone storage. Also, during peak hours, devices aren’t available. Finally, automation takes a lot of time as well, and it really should be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem BrowserStack solves is giving us access to mobile devices without having to own them physically. Multiple users on the same team can work in BrowserStack (mobile devices and browsers) at the same time, which makes collaboration much easier. With the TestFlight integration, iOS build generation has become very fast and straightforward. Overall, automation testing has also become much easier with BrowserStack.

It mainly solves the problem of testing applications across different browsers, devices, and operating systems without needing to maintain your own physical device lab.
It also helps in catching compatibility issues early. Since I can test on many real devices and browsers, I’m able to identify bugs before release, which reduces production issues and improves overall product quality.
