Critical for Cross-Browser Testing, Hindered by Latency
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how BrowserStack allows instant access to real hardware. Debugging a live site on a physical iPhone or an obscure Android device directly from my desktop saves our team dozens of hours every month. The integrated debugging tools and zero infrastructure overhead are fantastic. Those accessibility dev tools make inclusive design much easier by catching WCGA violations directly on real devices. Plus, the integration with JIRA is incredibly useful since we can send a bug report complete with a session video to dev in one click. I also find the ease of the initial setup remarkable; it's mostly plug and play, allowing us to run the first manual test in less than 60 seconds. The dashboard and quick start guides help new users get comfortable within a few clicks. It's a crucial part of ensuring a seamless UI across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance lag and latency on the input elements need some attention. This slow down testing and make UI jittery. Cost barrier is often cited as too high. Session stability making device failing to boot which can interrupt workflows forcing to restart. Setting local for testing private or staging env can be difficult technically. And the sales strategy is bit aggressive side as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser testing, which cuts QA cycles and eliminates the need for a physical device lab. It offers real-time debugging tools, instant access to real hardware, and seamless integration with JIRA and Percy for bug reporting and visual testing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Camera type screens don't work for mobile testing, we can find a way-out so that it can be completely tested.
Also, if there is a device based testing where phone sends data to web or vice-versa, such multiple device testing, if supported would help testing IoT based projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about BrowserStack is:
