Cross-browser and real-device testing. Platform is fast, reliable, and saves a lot of time by eliminating the need to maintain physical devices. I especially appreciate the wide range of browsers and devices available

One downside of BrowserStack is that some devices can be slow or laggy at times, which can affect the testing experience and make it harder to run tests efficiently

Comprehensive Testing Tool with Minor AI Glitches

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate BrowserStack's ease of use and its AI test case generation feature. The variety of different devices available for testing is fantastic, and the automation reports are incredibly helpful. As a QA, these elements are beneficial in my day-to-day work. The fact that BrowserStack is an all-in-one tool sets it apart from products like TestRail and Zephyr, which were only for test cases. The initial setup was very easy, and importing our existing test cases was a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI test case generation will not work. When I go to generate, it will throw a blank screen. This happens pretty frequently as of recent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me organize test cases and test on devices I don't have. It's easy to use, offers AI test case generation, supports a variety of devices, and provides automation reports, which helps my day-to-day tasks as a QA.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the App Automate Dashboard on BrowserStack because it stands out for me. It helps in debugging issues and figuring out the root cause of failures quickly. Additionally, the initial setup process was easy, which made it simple to get everything up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
App Performance related features are cost ineffective compared to what it gives in return. These features could be bundled with basic app automate or shared with a lower fee.

Reliable Cross-Browser Testing Platform That Saves Time and Effort

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is extremely easy to use and quick to get started with, even for teams without deep testing expertise. The ability to test across a wide range of real devices and browsers without maintaining physical infrastructure is a huge advantage. The UI is intuitive, and integrations with tools like Selenium, Cypress, and CI/CD pipelines are smooth. It significantly speeds up cross-browser and mobile testing, and the live testing feature is especially helpful for debugging issues in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit high, especially for smaller teams or startups, and concurrency limits can sometimes slow down workflows. Occasionally, there are minor performance lags or delays when accessing certain devices. The debugging tools, while useful, could be more advanced, and session recordings sometimes lack deeper insights that would help with troubleshooting complex issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack eliminates the need to maintain a large in-house device lab, which saves both time and cost. It allows us to quickly test our applications across multiple browsers, OS versions, and real mobile devices, ensuring consistent user experience. This has improved our release confidence, reduced bugs in production, and accelerated our QA cycles significantly.

Streamlined Test Management with Integrated CI/CD

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for centralized test management, and it really helps that multiple people can run tests quickly in parallel and see the results and completion quickly. I like that it provides clear reports on test cases, test runs, and coverage percentage, and it's great for comparing test cycles. The easy sharing of results with others is a plus, and the reduced maintenance effort is really helpful. The BrowserStack AI assists in creating test cases, which lowers the manual workload. I appreciate how smoothly it integrates with CI/CD tools, making it a breeze to include in the pipeline. The UI is simple and quick to use, which I find very convenient. I like that issues get fixed soon after being reported. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, and the guided steps were quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
All data cannot be included in the dashboard view. Only certain filters and specific chart types are allowed. For example, I created a chart for total cases and not-automatable cases. I want to show the percentage of cases automated by calculating 'Automated cases / (Total cases - Not automatable cases)', but it's not feasible in project dashboard view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for centralized test management, enabling multiple people to run tests quickly in parallel. It provides clear reports on test cases, reduces maintenance effort, and BS AI helps create test cases, reducing manual effort.
