Streamlined Testing with Parallel Execution
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for mobile and web-based cross-browser application testing. It eliminates the need for maintaining real devices and enables real device testing across multiple browser and OS versions. It helps me identify UI and cross-browser issues and supports parallel automation testing, which reduces execution time. I really like the cross-browser testing, parallel execution, and file upload mechanism. The parallel execution feature significantly reduces our testing time. Cross-browser testing helps us validate device functionality across multiple browsers and identify issues. The file upload helps in testing real scenarios like image or screenshot uploads. I also appreciate that BrowserStack integrates well with our CI/CD pipeline in Azure and allows us to maintain the test suite and execution in one place, providing better integration to see test results, execution, and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file upload mechanism can sometimes be inconsistent with unsupported errors, and it does not support all file types. The max size is just 15MB, which can be increased. There are session timeout and disconnection scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Versatile Device Testing, User-Friendly Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that there's so many devices available on BrowserStack for testing, including both Android and Apple devices. This is really crucial for us since all of our clients use different types of tablets, with some having older or newer versions, and some using Apple while others use Android. This capability to test on specific devices helps us reproduce and pinpoint issues that may occur only on certain devices. Additionally, the initial setup was really easy, allowing me to manage users without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think when my team first started, there were just so many options to choose from as far as testing. They had to reach out to me to find out, like, what option they actually chose to test. Like, there's just different avenues available, so there was just some confusion there. Maybe there's just a little more streamlined on the main page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to reproduce bugs on specific devices, helping us address performance lags and non-working functionalities. Its device variety lets us test across client-used tablets, both old and new, ensuring issue reproduction isn't device-limited.
A Vital Tool for Comprehensive Browser Testing

What do you dislike about the product?
I think easier access to the development tools and maybe some options for automated testing would be nice. I would really like to dive into that more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to troubleshoot client-reported website issues on browsers or devices I don't have, like Microsoft Edge or Android. It offers a variety of devices to test and see the user experience on native devices.
