Effortless Cross-Browser Testing, Minimal Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I found BrowserStack amazing for its ability to spin up just about any variation and combination you could think of, and it was so convenient to do so. It's extremely valuable because without it, I would have faced the cost of setting up numerous different machines, which isn't feasible in a normal real-world situation. The fact that I could spin up actual machines instead of virtual versions was a real important point for me. BrowserStack made the initial setup process incredibly easy as there was nothing to set up; it just worked straight out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing that I had an issue with BrowserStack was just access speed. But that's to be expected. Considering, the fact that I'm controlling a remote machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test web apps across multiple platforms and browser types, identifying compatibility issues, especially backwards compatibility. It saves me from the cost and time of setting up physical machines locally that might only see use once a year, offering flexibility and ease by spinning up actual machines instantly.
Comprehensive Real-Device Testing
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is simply the most comprehensive testing infrastructure we've ever used. The sheer breadth of real devices, operating systems, and browser combinations available instantly is incredible. It has completely eliminated our need to maintain a costly and outdated internal device lab
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides, but occasionally, during peak hours, I've noticed a bit of latency when interacting with the real devices. The session startup times can sometimes take a little longer than expected when the platform is under heavy load. Additionally, while device availability is generally excellent, trying to access a highly specific, older device model during busy times can sometimes require a short wait. It’s a minor inconvenience in an otherwise stellar platform, but slight improvements to peak-hour performance and load times would make it perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously struggled with extremely slow release cycles because running our automated test suites sequentially on local emulators was bottlenecking our entire pipeline. Emulators also gave us false positives that slipped into production. But now, we can execute our automated scripts in parallel across BrowserStack's massive real-device cloud, integrated right into our CI/CD workflow. This has resulted in cutting our regression testing time by about 80%—from taking over a full day down to just a few hours—allowing us to ship updates significantly faster and with much higher confidence

What i like best about browser stacki companion how it simplifies and accelerates the test workflows.it intelligently assists with task like test creation ,debugging, and identifying issues, which resuces manual efforts and saves time.

Sometimes tests can be slow or laggy, especially on real devices

It solves the challenges of testing application across multiple browsers and real devices without needing to maintain a physical device lab. It benefits me by saving time, reducing infrastructure overhead, and allowing faster,more reliable cross browser testing
Streamlines Testing with Device Versatility, But At a Price
What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack to execute test cases manually and for automated test cases. I appreciate how BrowserStack allows me to execute test cases without needing to scroll left and right, unlike other tools. I love that there are lots of devices available, which makes it possible to execute a particular test case on a specific mobile device. This feature is very useful because I can choose the device before executing the test case. The initial setup of BrowserStack was simple to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Devices are expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack eliminates the need to scroll while executing test cases, and I can easily attach Jira tickets. It offers a wide range of devices, letting me choose the right one for each test, enhancing efficiency.

I love that BrowserStack gives instant access to real devices and browsers. No need to set up a device lab or fiddle with emulators. It’s super reliable for catching UI bugs and browser-specific issues, and the interface makes switching between devices and OS versions really smooth. It saves me a ton of time and makes testing much less stressful.
