A 'MUST' tool to drive CX
What do you like best about the product?
1)Easy to use tool with clear visualization. 2) “Struggle Pages” provided us the insights on what we need to do more. 3) Recordings replay and sharing allow clear demonstrations of customer pain points. The marketing team and Development team can work together to fix any potential show-stopper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding User/ team management, I would like to have the control to be able to access multiple accounts to one user. This is important for us who have the need to manage multiple sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration on CX issues. quickly identifying customer struggles and prioritizing them

What do you dislike about the product?
We love the service; multiple departments now use it, the only thing I can think of that I would like to do is be able to add viewing accounts on my own. We setup Glassbox with our single sign on further expanding on its ease of use.

Understand where our users are struggling, its so easy to use and easy to setup

The journey functionality, being able to cluster similar pages together to leverage greater power to the insights. They engage with clients to determine the roadmap of developments.

Its quick and easy, data is available on demand.

Sometimes can hold too much detail, the stats don't always marry up with similar platforms we use.

GlassBox provided a way to get insight around our UI that has made our work faster and better
What do you like best about the product?
GlassBox has great detail in user flows and insights that can not be captured with standard day logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GlassBox foldering system is a place that they can continue to develop. Having reports in both funnels and reports related to the same project makes it tricky and timely going between folders and different parts of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can quickly determine production issues, answer questions to support upcoming projects, and able to get better insights into our applications as a whole. (end to end experience between applications)
Amazing techinical analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of visualization widgets and all the possible modifications in them, alongside the sheer amount of possible configurations inside every area of the Glassbox application
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of 8 days in the time frame towards some measurements and custom attributes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most problems come from identifying how our user behaves inside our application and turn that behavior into data and analyze it.
Despite the limitation towards the time frame, the benefits of capturing almost every element interacted by the user and from the user are at the top of my list.

Workers from e-commerce and Telecom might find the solution from Glassbox very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox offers so much more than just session replays! The heat map reports are my favorite, being able to drill down to what elements on a page users are engaging with. Also, the ability to create custom reports so easy is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more time to use it and explore all it’s capabilities.

Great product that helps track the App usage. Very easy to setup, use and administrate and amazing support when needed

The support team are very responsive with questions/follow-ups. Very easy to setup and the suppot is great. Glassbox meets our requirements very well abd are easy to do business with

Would be good to see some more automated methods of measuring quality control in our app although I understand that each app has different quirks & requirements
