What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to Identify hidden struggles for our users. we can see issues that are occurring - even when the users themselves cant understand what is going wrong
What do you dislike about the product?
Continue to make the platform easier to navigate. When I enter a URL of a session recording into the navigation and then have to login, I'm taken to my dashboard instead of the recording. Also there isn't a way to get back to the rest of the console when I'm watching a session from a URL I entered. I like to watch a lot of specific sessions that were flagged in comments from Usabilla/GetFeedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing how users interact with our site so that we provide them with a better experience. it makes our Usabilla feedback more accurate and understandable

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to resolve issues quickly by seeing what the customer did. This saves us both time and resources. The tool is very simple and straight forward so its adoption was also easy
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to go to a particular moment in the session (type in 3:12 or something like that)

Seeing what customers are doing in our site - what parts do they spend their time on and which campaigns are working

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to perform Analysis and get to see how our users are working with our site and what they are buying. We can replay the experience they have, analyze the data and see what needs fixing
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the funnel was retroactive - with our current version, they are only forward-looking

Reports on how users work with our site and where they are converting

Lots of data which can be analyzed and for which we gain insights on how our customers are using our software - what they like about us and what they dont care about
What do you dislike about the product?
1 Help section: It is very arduous to access - I think it be easier to get into Fort Knox. I can already be logged in and when I click to Help, it wont accept the same login I used for the portal. WTH? Also, once I do access, I cant find much tutorial videos on how to tap into the solotion from an analyst perspective. 3. I believe I sent a question and never received a response.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and insights and business value are clear to understand. we get a lot of value by understanding our customer's sessions - and can see what needs to be fixed in our site
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I cannot tell what action a user took on the page

Seeing how users work our site and what they are doing. sharing session recording with our DevOps so that they can fix issues

What do you like best about the product?
I am just beginning to learn about Glassbox but excited to see how well it works with SessionCam. It has been giving awesome value to us in understanding how our customers fill out there forms. great to work with and pretty straight forward to administrate

Nothing that comes to mind - solution works great for us and giving us value week over week

I am moving now from SessionCam to Glassbox. Aside from SC being a bit bugging, I like everything about it. its great to work with and has great data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to increase/decrease the user's session based on his screen size, without impacting the size of toolbar.

Understad how customers are finding our site - and solving erros on the screens. this helps us to understand where the issues actualy are

The ability to capture consumers' movements and ability to scroll pages once paused and overlay has been closed. Very easy to work with and manage so overall - super happy

More streamline rewind, seems to have latency when trying to go back and sometimes freezes up

The system is handy for customer insights and lets us understand how our users are interacting with our website. we can see where users are leaving and most important, why.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recordings dont sync up some times and you have to go back and watch it again to get it to play normally its like the recording is stuck on a single page but the user is still continuing

Ability to capture visitor sessions and understand where they are having problems. Very easy to use and managene and provides all the details we need on our customer's web joruneys

Not sure, happy the way things are. Really works for us
