What do you like best about the product?
With a click of a button, I can find all sessions of a specific day, page, user, etc. The ability to see everything the user did is invaluable for us and help us improve our offering, UI and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to extract all page info (struggle page, experience score) for a batch of sessions to CSV or excel file and although the system allows you to filter data, it would nice to have it in a file as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to understand our users better - from both the technical and engagement perspectives. Now we can make decisions based on 100% of the data and share findings internally to improve collaboration.

Identifying errors which enables us to create a better product

What do you like best about the product?
The best is the error section. Sometimes I don't know why an error occurs and with Glassbox I can find the reason why an error occurs and how the user behaves.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I want to watch a session, it always takes a while to load. this could be a connection issue or a storage issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is extremely essential to provide our customers with a frictionless experience during their sale process so that they can easily find what they are looking for - this is what will make them return next time and recommend our brand to other parties. This is the reason it is a top priority for us to identify where our site is not working properly and not driving enough value to our customers. I can fully attest to our experience with Glassbox to be a great and positive one.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see exactly what's happening for each customer. You can only test so much in development - some problems aren't visible until it's in production with real people using it. This tool is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to create a report and then save it as a PDF to share with colleagues. Though maybe that's already possible and I've just not found it yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing changes done to our website and have full visibility into all errors that usually are not detected
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check the reports and the different dashboards - very user friendly and insightful

Heatmapping is useful to get quick data and improve the website navigation and engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more help or a tool tip about how to input a page on heat mapping.

Detecting and quickly fixing issues relating to engagement and how users experience different areas of the website

Create your reports based on your common use cases and KPI's - it can be costume reports or reports that are built into the system

What do you like best about the product?
Glassbox has been invaluable in helping our team discover issues and areas in need of improvement that we would otherwise be completely unaware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, maybe to have more retroactive data and the ability to select a date range beyond 1 week at a time would be immensely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for seeing how our customers use our website, it can help us identify pain points on our webpages which we can look to improve. this has a very positive impact on our customer's experience
What do you dislike about the product?
improved playback controls to better be able to fast forward and rewind sessions. Sometimes this takes a bit too long and is not clear and intuitive to newcomers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying friction points on our web site including slow load time technical errors including AJAX and experience errors such as dead clicks, rage clicks and more

Helps us identify, and correlate customer experience issues across multiple channels to resolve and optimize CX holistically. I also like the reports and funnels feature. The best tool for CX insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Clear communication with regards to tickets ( issues and feature requests). Provide a thorough and detailed version of release notes for every release.

Being able to dive deeper into customer experience issues across multiple channels
