Great UX and UI
What do you like best about the product?
session playbacks have been very helpful for us. the user interface and user experience of is very intuitive (one you get to know the tool and what it can do for you)
What do you dislike about the product?
search functionality has some limitations, it takes time to search for every event you are look for and it isn't always easy yo put it in the search fields - so some elements go un noticed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
replaying sessions of our customers when address support requests from out IT and devops to point and zero in on the issue and determining its root cause which can then be fixed
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The funnel and interactions maps allows us to quickly resolve tech errors in the website becuase we can see how this impacts the drop off of our customers. Funnels let us see the most common flows
What do you dislike about the product?
Provide basic insights within the admin - such as time spent on specific pages, how many errors there are over time and their resolution rate. struggle levels trends
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
REducing abandonment rates due to site errors and prioritizing fixes
So Many Options
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many options with what to do with glassbox. I think that that the feature I like best would be the interaction map as we can see the exposure rate of specific parts of the screen

data export and maintaining data with in glassbox like a mesh would be great

replaying customer sessions in the web and mobile and see how their devices aer being affected and what we can do to improve experience

I love the live session you get from the console. They are great in helping understand how are customers navigate the website.

For now I'm satisfied with what I require from the console.

Other than fixing the errors, we are able to lower the issues caused by long API calls and give a better journey for our customers

Balancing the advantages with user privacy considerations and compliance with relevant data protection regulations is essential. User consent required in keeping the transparency of their actions in glass box

Great for shopping habbits
What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing my customers shopping habits so that we can configure and tailor the site to address them in a better way. its also a great integration with our WA solution

I would like the info to be easier to find by email address because sometimes this is absolutely all the information i have on the customer and if I dont have it I cant find them

What I like best: Are the recorded sessions feature, with the unlocking of screen and the ease of dragging to create funnel

Where can GB improve: The in-studio funnel can have more features. and should not be disabled if worked on. why does this happen ?

pushing the site tech to its limit without impacting the user experience and making sure our sites responsiveness is quick

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to see how users interact. like, see. with my own eyes. when they're acting on their own. Those videos are fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
Facilitate the process of locating them. I have difficulty finding recordings where specific pages are accessed. Date ranges and pages sometimes confuse me regarding what influences my results. Occasionally, they are greyed out, and modifying something requires removing all the filters when I only intended to adjust a part of it.

We are addressing the challenges on our pages that are impacting our customer's progress.
Looking into the customer sessions for better experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Recording which we have access to are the ballpark of our activity - we can see where people who are using our product yearn for a better level of experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Recordings ofter load to slow or they crash. Reportings layouts could also be improved, and the view can be very overwhelming and difficult to navigate on so it makes it hard

Create funnels and business flows to view points of conversion and dropoff.
Accurate playback of sessions
What do you like best about the product?
The recorded sessions we have can be accuratley played back so that we can see exactly where our customers have issues on their digital assest. we can also identify where they are having diffculities
What do you dislike about the product?
Better (easier) flow analysis - right now we need to define this flow and it is somewhat complicated to do so and takes to much time - (this may be a training issue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
catching all the problems in our websiteand correcting them before our customer get frustrated and leave - which is great
