Easy to Use, but the Interface Looks Scammy and Needs a Redesign
What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple to use with an easy-to-navigate UI. I haven’t had any login issues, and it works well for documents that need multiple signers. I also like that it emails me the final document once everything is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally it doesnt look great and has a somewhat scammy looking interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for signing for my company.
Effortless PDF Management with User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I find pdfFiller really helpful for creating and modifying PDFs, which is usually very challenging unless you have Adobe or something similar. pdfFiller makes it really easy to merge documents, fax, and get signatures. I love how intuitive and easy it is to use, with all options being very accessible and user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy too, even though I had a colleague helping me, I remember it being smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the filing system could be improved, so maybe have some more options for use of folders and ways to store different documents. At times I also have a hard time deleting documents. I tried just the other day and couldn't get the 'select all' thing to work for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pdfFiller to easily create and modify PDFs, merge documents, fax, and collect signatures. It's much simpler than using Adobe, making tasks like merging and signing documents effortless.
Time-Saving and Efficient PDF Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really value pdfFiller because it has made the process of sending my private practice forms so much smoother. I love the feature where I can send a fillable PDF straight to the family, which is much better than using paper. I've also created different packs of forms for different types of clients and customized those into PDFs. I use pdfFiller for school contracting too, and it makes signing and sending documents for signatures very easy. When I'm hiring employees, having a separate PDF filled with onboarding forms saves me from the mess of emails and printing. Overall, pdfFiller is very useful and time-saving because I can literally click a button and send documents off, and I love that completed documents come straight back to my email, making it easy to track and organize everything. I like that there are templates available which save me time by not having to search for forms outside of pdfFiller. It's helpful for quickly filling out forms like a W-9 before sending them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I have created a fillable PDF document as a template of my own, it makes me have to assign each and every fillable area to the email manually. That's been a little bit of a hassle for me. I would really appreciate if there was just one button that I can use to assign all assigned areas to one email. Additionally, one thing that I will say is that my employee does not have the access that I have and I was unable to resolve that issue.

I use pdfFiller to streamline creating and sending fillable PDFs, saving time by eliminating separate emails and converting documents. It has simplified onboarding, contracting, and client communication, making it easier to fill, sign, and track forms.
pdfFiller Makes Editing and Sending Contracts for Quick Signatures Easy

pdfFiller has made it so easy edit and send contracts to my customers for quick signatures.

Quick turn around for signatures
Intuitive, Quick Setup, but Some Editing Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of pdfFiller, which I find pretty intuitive. It’s also cheaper than Adobe products like Adobe Plus or Adobe Editor, which is great for my basic needs. I don't experience issues when editing documents, and the setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess most recently, there was a PDF file that broke up into six quadrants, instead of me being able to type text into a text box. It kept on selecting separate quadrants like it was an image instead of a written file. This happened one time recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pdfFiller for editing real estate documents and rental agreements. It's intuitive and cost-effective, making document editing straightforward without needing other software.
Consistently Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about pdfFiller is it's easy to navigate use, and it's ability to perform consistently efficient tailored to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most about pdfFiller is the amount of users it allows on one account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it's solving for us is report generating. This benefits us by saving a lot of time and reducing costs.
Easy Field Setup, Simple Sharing, and Seamless File Merging
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for adding fields. Being able to easily share files. I especially love being able to merge multiple files into one file.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to pay monthly for inbound faxes, when I have the highest annual plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having separate e-sign platform, PDF plans, doc storage etc. This allows m e to save money and have everything in one place.
Love it but wish it was slightly easier to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload files and to create a link to fill.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very confusing to use. It took me a while to understand the difference between a document and a template. At first I was sending a new document to every signer, until I realized the linktofill would allow me to get a download. It's not always easy to make changes to documents especially if you need to reuse the same link. I wish there were more options for fields - specifically a drop down multi-select option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using pdffiller has made our forms easier to read (as opposed to handwritten) and has allowed us to streamline our process.
Efficient Form Management, Needs Better Erase Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I use pdfFiller mainly for work and appreciate that you can save forms for future use, fill out anytime, anywhere, and re-use them by editing editable portions. As a specialist in the healthcare field, these features make things easier, more accessible, and convenient. It definitely saves me a lot of time. I also found the initial setup very easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the erase feature. I wish when I click on that eraser, it could just erase that portion I'm pointing at. I hope in the future, there will be no need to choose a color, just erase directly. We were having an issue where we are unable to erase forms. I hope that could be resolved in the future. It would be lovely to keep only those forms that need to be kept, and be able to delete those which are no longer needed.

I use pdfFiller to fill out forms easily and save them for future use. It's convenient to access and edit forms anytime, making my workflow in healthcare smoother and saving me a lot of time.
Easy Document Signing, Needs Better Sharing Options
What do you like best about the product?
I find pdfFiller very useful and helpful for signing documents for work. I like its ease of use, and it's very easy to upload documents. It’s also convenient the way it lets me fill out multiple pages as long as they're in one document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I cannot share multiple documents to the same person in the same email.
