Powerful Yet User-Friendly PDF Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find pdfFiller easy to use, which is great. I also appreciate that there's not just an online version but an app that we can use on mobile devices, including iPads and tablets. Using pdfFiller on the go is great for signatures, as it allows the opportunity for others to complete forms online using tablets. It's especially useful for our church, providing the opportunity for others to quickly fill out forms or surveys through links on their mobile devices. I also found the library of documents to be a good, useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting is a little difficult. Depends on the document, but if I want to erase a line from a previous document and just make it a dialog box, it's not as easy as I'd like. The QR code is awesome, but it'd be more convenient if we could use it without logging in with details like a name and email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller helps me create forms, invite collaboration, track incomplete forms, and get signatures without paper. It also lets us generate QR codes for presentations, facilitating document access and completion.
Efficient, Cost-Effective Solution for PDF Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that pdfFiller is cloud-based, making it easy to access documents from anywhere. It's also very easy to pick up files that were in progress, which is super convenient. The setup was very easy and just took a few minutes, which was great because I use it mainly for signing documents, creating new documents, and resume modifications. It solves my problem of quickly editing PDFs, and the lower cost compared to alternatives is a huge plus since I mostly use the basic features.

sometimes it's a little buggy, sometimes reloads, losing progress

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using pdfFiller for at least five years. It is very user-friendly and allows me to do all of the editing and combining of documents needed to run my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides. I have used other document editors, and I think this one is great.

Combining and editing documents and working with Sign Now to make getting completed documents seamless.
User-Friendly Platform for Effortless Form Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to upload a blank form or application and entering the data needed. I love the highlight feature and the erase feature. I like being able to change the font and color of font, which is important for making urgent items stand out by using red. I also like the feature of checkmarks and being able to draw a straight line. The platform is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing I dislike about pdfFiller

I use pdfFiller for entering and erasing data on forms. It combines multiple tasks in one site, making it convenient. I love uploading forms, changing fonts and colors, and using highlights to emphasize urgency, making documents more visible.
LOVE pdfFiller! Affordable, Time-Saving PDF Solution with No-Brainer Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love pdfFiller for several reasons. The price is super affordable, I paid $92 for the full year and I use it probably twice a week. It saves me so much time by eliminating the need to get in-person signatures from my clients and families (I have 12 clients with varying schedules so it's tough to track everyone down by deadlines) . I also enjoy the time stamps feature, which is important as I work in the medical field with HIPAA regulations; it helps me show exactly when something was signed and reviewed. Plus, I get follow-up emails, which save me time as well. The initial setup was super easy, which I loved.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I have issues when a document already has the click boxes that when I upload it, it clicks all the boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pdfFiller to combine documents and send treatment plans for signature, saving me time and hassle. It's reasonably priced and helps me easily break down documents. Timestamped signatures are great for HIPAA compliance, and follow-up emails save more time.

It is easy to merge documents and move pages.

The text boxes always look messy. They are often different sizes and are not flush with the lines on the document.

It has allowed me to create packets out of several documents and I can edit the documents.
