What do you like best about the product?
Easy editor that helps fill out PDFs. The signature is also certified by docusign,.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could combine PDFs and maybe add some drawing tool ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The repetitive filling out forms for work are now easier because I store a partially completed template in my PDFiler inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use tool that helps modify PDFs without a large expense for a bulky software. The cloud solution allows you to store documents too.
Excellent user interface, solid functionality, easy to use.

Easy to redact, sign and comment on documents. Great workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
Only web-based interface. I would like a desktop version too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing documents. Editing PDFs. Redacting sensitive documents. Easier than DocuSign.

Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality.

Flexibility and autofill of prior info..

Some current year tax forms only show in "draft" form

Easy to file out tax forms. Autofill feature is great. Very efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to modify documents specific to our needs. The Tools provided give me maximum ability to modify, add, remove and edit any document in any way that is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered anything I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to create documents that are needed specific to our clients rather than generating generic and boilerplate documents that are not personalized to our clients.
Great for editing

It's very easy to edit and sign documents
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little slow to load especially with the Dropbox feature

I needed something to easily edit PDF's. It's easy and more versatile than many other pdf editing apps

Try it, its well worth it
This is a mandatory tool in my toolbox. I use it throughout the year. Very clean UI/UX.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero lag time in legal documents or any documents that require redlining, editing, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.
Makes monthly billing easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.
Quirky, but gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
pdfFiller offers a lot of features for the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to navigate. The learning curve is pretty high and there isn't much in the way of documentation or in-app help to assist in tackling complex tasks, such as fillable forms, workflows etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use to create on-line forms for completion by our clients and to complete and eSign PDF documents we need in the course of running our business. Also use faxing feature.
Great tool that I use almost every day
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can edit text and pdfFiller will try and match the font closely, and I also find the Erase function very valuable. The entire tool is easy to use and makes my life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to using pdfFiller :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pdfFiller to easily edit resumes in PDF format. It saves me tons of time, because I don't have to request .DOC versions or try to painfully convert PDFs into an easier to deal with format.
