What do you like best about the product?
I use pdfFiller for formatting documents for insurance. It makes filling out applications easier. I like the choices on the dashboard for pdfFiller, with different options to erase and fill in text. It makes the process much faster than using another program.

The save feature sometimes doesn't work correctly.

I like that pdfFiller is very easy to use, easy to access, and to download. I don't have to deal with multiple layers like I sometimes do on Adobe. Switching to pdfFiller was straightforward, and I can't think of anything easier than the initial setup. It's just easier to use compared to Adobe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm trying to line up or align various texts, it doesn't know which other text I'm trying to align it with. So that could be improved.

pdfFiller is easier to use than Adobe for legal documents and filling forms, providing a more accessible experience without multiple layers. Though I pay for Adobe, I prefer pdfFiller. I started with a free trial and found it simpler to use.

I appreciate the broad capabilities it offers at such a reasonable price. After using it for three years in my workplace, I’m still impressed by how much it provides and the range of things it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a few rare occasions, I’ve gone to save my changes and been met with an error. When that happens, I end up having to redo all of my work.

It gives me the opportunity to create forms and/or templates for my company and use the same ones consistently. That makes it much easier to maintain consistency and continuity across our work.

I really appreciate pdfFiller's excellent pricing and how very easy it is to use. It's also great at solving problems with fillable PDFs that aren't built correctly, which I encounter often. Plus, I like using it for esignatures.

I wish it would auto line up my signature and date or other similar info. Sometimes it doesn’t look even when I’m filling out info.
