Easy Document Link Sharing for Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to share document links to get them signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send a document for signature (a signature request), you can’t open the document again until it gets signed. Also, if you set an expiration date and the person hasn’t signed by then, you have to upload the document again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since everyone in my organization works remotely and some vendors are overseas, it’s easy for us to get documents signed.
Efficient Form Management, Needs Better Erase Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I use pdfFiller mainly for work and appreciate that you can save forms for future use, fill out anytime, anywhere, and re-use them by editing editable portions. As a specialist in the healthcare field, these features make things easier, more accessible, and convenient. It definitely saves me a lot of time. I also found the initial setup very easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the erase feature. I wish when I click on that eraser, it could just erase that portion I'm pointing at. I hope in the future, there will be no need to choose a color, just erase directly. We were having an issue where we are unable to erase forms. I hope that could be resolved in the future. It would be lovely to keep only those forms that need to be kept, and be able to delete those which are no longer needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use pdfFiller to fill out forms easily and save them for future use. It's convenient to access and edit forms anytime, making my workflow in healthcare smoother and saving me a lot of time.
Easy Online PDF Editing and E-Signing in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about PDFFiller is how easy and convenient it is to use. It lets me edit, fill out, and sign documents all in one place without needing to print anything. I also like that it works online, so I can access my documents from anywhere, whether I’m on my phone or computer. That flexibility makes it really useful for school and personal tasks.
Another thing I appreciate is how simple the tools are. I can add text, highlight, or even upload my signature without it feeling confusing or overwhelming. It’s straightforward and doesn’t take much time to figure out.
The most helpful feature is being able to fill out and sign forms electronically. Instead of printing, scanning, or mailing documents, I can complete everything digitally in just a few minutes.
It’s also really helpful that I can create fillable forms and organize documents in one place. This saves time and keeps everything neat, especially when dealing with multiple assignments or important paperwork.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Confusing subscription and billing structure
I’m often unclear about how free trials convert into paid subscriptions, and I’ve had trouble canceling or managing my plan. I also feel the monthly pricing is relatively high compared to alternatives.
2. Paywall on basic or expected features
I’ve noticed that essential functions (such as downloading files or completing certain edits) are locked behind paid plans, which can feel restrictive.
3. Performance issues with large or complex files
When I work with large PDFs or documents with many pages, the platform can slow down and become less responsive.
4. The interface can feel cluttered or unintuitive at times
While it’s generally user-friendly, the interface sometimes feels crowded, which makes it harder to quickly find specific tools or features.
5. Limitations in advanced editing and functionality
I’ve run into limitations such as limited customization for complex forms, links not working properly after export, and restrictions when combining multiple pages.
6. Occasional usability and workflow friction
At times, it feels like I have to “jump through hoops” just to save documents or finish tasks, which slows down my workflow.
Overall, PDFFiller is a capable and widely used tool, but its biggest weaknesses for me are pricing transparency, access to core features, and consistent performance. If these areas were improved, it would make a noticeable difference in my experience—especially as a student and casual user who needs quick, affordable solutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to struggle with printing, scanning, and manually completing forms, but now I can edit and sign documents online instantly, resulting in faster turnaround times and less stress.
In terms of measurable benefits, I would estimate I save 15–30 minutes per document, especially when steps like printing and scanning are eliminated. Over time, that adds up to several hours saved, particularly during busy school periods. It has also reduced small costs like paper and ink, and removed the need to use campus or public printers.
Overall, pdfFiller solves the problem of inefficient document handling by turning a multi-step, manual process into a quick, digital workflow. The biggest benefits for me are time savings, convenience, and the ability to manage documents from anywhere, which fits well with my life as a full-time student working online.
