User-Friendly Logic That’s Easy to Learn as You Go

What do you like best about the product?
It has a user-friendly logic. You can jump in with no experience, play around, and still figure things out as you go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can concentrate a huge amount of information and, if it isn’t maintained properly, it can turn into an unsustainable data source. I think this is being addressed through a high level of automation and better connections among boards, but in the end it still comes down to how users actually use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both personal and shared spaces are part of my daily work. They help me organize projects and keep information handy and well structured. I can also quickly access my various catalogues and portfolios whenever I need them.

Effortless Customization and Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for project management, and it helps keep track of to-do items, hardware rollout, and deadlines for projects. I find it easy to use and appreciate the lots of customization options for the items that are created. It allows us to customize column names with no limit on the number of columns or rows. The initial setup was super easy to get set up and going.
What do you dislike about the product?

I use monday Work Management to keep track of to-do items, hardware rollout, and project deadlines. It's easy to use with lots of customization, allowing us to rename columns and have unlimited columns and rows.

Easy-to-Use CRM That Keeps Everything in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. The helpful hints guide you along as you go, which makes everything feel straightforward. Having all of my information in one place has made my days much more efficient. I can do everything in one place, send emails, leave notes for me to remember, and share updates with my team. So far, this has been my best experience using a CRM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t had any issues with Monday. The only limitations I’ve run into are the ones my company has put in place regarding how it can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped me become more organized. Instead of keeping multiple pages open just to find the information I need, everything is in one place here. It saves me time during the day because I don’t have to switch profiles for the different areas and roles I cover. I can send bulk emails, maintain a detailed call log, and keep a planned schedule of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use when setting up different boards, tasks, automations, and workflows. The workflow tool has saved my team several minutes per task, which equates to many hours saved each month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside I've found is inconsistencies in the UI, where some data can be hard to locate unless you know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization leverages monday Work Management in two key ways, first as a ticketing system for requests to our programming team and second, as a way to manage projects and tasks across all departments and our organization as a whole.

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management easy to use and manage, which helps me handle company work efficiently. I really like the Monday boards because they make it easy to create new deliverables as often as needed. The initial setup was also very easy, which made transitioning smooth.

I just think it should be less fees.

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for my education-based business as a project management software, and it helps keep my business organized. I appreciate the quick and easy way to organize complex projects and the automations that help keep everything organized. I love how I can communicate with my employees through the platform, and the notifications are useful as they get emailed if missed. Setting it up was very easy, thanks to the tutorial videos. I also find the integrations satisfying and haven't had many complaints about features I need. I could not give up this software because it keeps my life so much more organized and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor suggestion, but it would be nice if we could select having the workspaces all shown on the right hand side rather than it being a drop down menu. It used to all be shown on the side and I preferred that but it's not an option anymore. Other than that, there is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep my business organized with a one-stop place for documents. It's efficient for employee communication and automations help stay organized. Notifications ensure I never miss updates. It streamlines complex projects and I couldn't give it up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the colors I can use in monday Work Management, as they help me easily identify the status of various pulses and items, with red typically indicating something is off track and green meaning the opposite. I also enjoy the different automations available that help me stay updated with notifications, especially when changes occur in EHT options for projects like the Scovan PadX modules. Automations also assist in moving different pulses into categories based on their status, and I find the possibilities with them to be endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the speed is affected such that it slows down. It would also be great to get some more AI integration perhaps. Yes, perhaps improved document management as well as procurement plan options. I asked one of my PMs and he said advanced project management and scheduling would be awesome! It wasn't too bad but tbh it was a little difficult at the start cause there is so much to learn/know as my company uses it for a lot of things...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track supply chain processes, break down tasks into subitems, and view information clearly. It helps with workflow automation like status notifications and organizing items by color-coded status.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using monday Work Management because it allows us to keep up with our work management in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoy being able to see all clients and information on one screen. Our team can manage our production boards effectively to help with workflow. I also appreciate being able to display all client info on one form and the functionality to upload files when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does glitch sometimes but that's expected. Sometimes it runs slow and when we need to generate links, it would take longer than usual sometimes.

monday Work Management helps manage our workflow efficiently and displays all client info on one screen, improving team coordination.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very easy to use and visually clear. The boards and workflows help in organizing tasks in a simple way, and it is easy to track progress. It also allows good collaboration with team members, and everything stays updated in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels limited when handling very complex projects, and too many notifications can be distracting. Also, pricing can be a bit high for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is solving the problem of unorganized tasks and lack of clear communication in a team. Earlier, it was difficult to keep track of who is doing what and what is the status of each task.
With this tool, everything is organized in one place. Tasks, deadlines, and updates are clearly visible, which makes it easier to manage work and avoid confusion. Team members can collaborate easily and stay on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the style and layout of the boards in monday Work Management. You can customize them as much as you want, so it works for pretty much any team. Some teams are more data-driven, while others, like mine, prefer a clean and organized setup by quarter, timeline, owner, and status. There's a lot of customization. It's great because everyone in the company can use it and tailor it to their team's or department's needs, which I find really cool. Setting it up was really easy and fun because there's so much to play around with, making the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, we really enjoy it, and it's a really cool system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess more integrations might be cool. I don't specifically have a need for it right now, but I can see as we grow as a company being able to integrate more things into it might be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize our quarterly road mapped projects and deliverables. It's highly customizable, working for any team, and lets me organize by quarter, timeline, owner, and status, making it suitable for everyone in the company.
