Very good tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage different work tasks, deadlines and data. Helpful to cooperate with customers, employees and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many open tasks but this is not Monday's fault 😉
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on the same task with more people, not forgetting tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of monday. It's important to me to be able to customize my boards however I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features-- a messaging area, a white board, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using monday.com my team is able to work remotely and be on the same page. We use Monday.com to distribute tasks and help each other out when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customisable it is. I am able to track my orders and set up really unique automations to make my processes smooth. I also really appreciate the integrations with third party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it a little confusing if I'm trying to create certain structures and automations. I also wish there were more design options for how things look, especially on the dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized, knowing where each of my orders is at any given time. It's really helpful to see the overall picture of what's going on in my business.
Very User-Friendly Team Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can set and assign tasks, create your own buttons so that your team can update their task and you will stay on track, along with creating your own columns that correspond to your work! The new updates that have been implemented such as integrating with Gmail definitely helps to keep track of projects. I like that you can create specific labels as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if it is offered, but I would love to have an Instant Messaging feature, so instead of posting an update, I can instant message the team to see where they are at and how far they need to go out. I like that they offer templates to use, however, you will have to spend the time to learn what is what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the team on one accord and making sure everything is being done properly and on time. The benefits are just keeping in touch and knowing what the team is doing and what their status is on a task.

Once you get acclimated to the system, you will have to make it your own and they provide ease of completing that.

It is very user friendly and the good graphics never interfere with speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to glitch somewhat frequently, but not enough for it to be unusable.

Internal communication within our company, more efficient than chat or email, it helps everyone within the company access the information we need

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to track project tasks, organization, and timelines and to track who should do what.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to its use in general and in using it efficiently, and it would be great to have an easy option to export boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to stay on top of and track tasks, check them off, and meet deadlines more efficiently through these boards, as well as track project schedules.
User-friendly team organization with pleasant aesthetics
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of customization options in the workspace and boards. The filters, sorting, color-coding, and ability to review timelines help keep multiple projects straight. Being able to invite external guests to the board to collaborate outside of your division is also helpful, without having to give them full access to your account.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone on our team creates an automation, I'd like anyone on our team to be able to edit it. It also gets confusing which automations live where when they span actions across boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple priorities as a team that involve multiple overlapping parts that require their own planning. It makes it easier to see what is going on and redistribute tasks across the team if necessary.

This is an affordable service that revolutionizes team planning and makes for efficient best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, good choice of templates, the platform is constantly improving/evolving
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that were once part of standard plan are now only accessible with pro plan...for example dependency feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many!...project management, compliance tracking, KPI tracking

Watch a few youtube videos so that you gain an understanding
A breeze to use and setup exactly how you need it to work for yourself
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create and modify groups and sub categories within each list so it works exactly as you need for tracking purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
did lose a bit of data initally when not having the sub categories setup correctly when moving between groups but was more user error than program issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
been able to track all of our jobs from quoting to completion from multiple devices while also been able to uplaod documents for supervisors on site and them add photos directly to job files while on site

I went through several different systems before discovering Monday and wish I'd known about it so much earlier as it has saved so much time and double handling of information
