We tried every platform and Monday hit the sweet spot!
What do you like best about the product?
We are a very small business but we have a lot of information to share. We quickly discovered that Google docs and the like were not the answer so we searched. We tried everything Slack, Trello, Asana, and more. All of them had some fatal flaw.
One of us is a little bit ADD so when we found Monday it seemed like the heavens opened and shined a light.
It could not be easier to share information and alert your team when you do.
You can color code things, you can have so many different views. I'm not real techy, but I have to say that hands down, anyone who needs to manage content across a team should use Monday.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downside of using Monday is that if you have a team of 4 you have to pay for member #4 and the price is quite a jump. I think buying an extra license per extra member would be much more helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, we share a significant amount of information. We used to spend a lot of time on calls or trying to find the different emails that had attachments or google docs. Now everything is in one place. We can tag the individuals who need to know, and voila! It's done!
A great and easy-to-use tool

What do you dislike about the product?
The administration of the tool is somewhat complex at the start, especially with the implementation of automation. Support for the French language would be an advantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tracking of our internal company projects and the monitoring of our customer service tickets allow us to have a complete view of our activity and enable us to be efficient.
Monday is an excellent tool for project management and increasing your company's performance.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization capabilities I have in Monday, as I can work with multiple projects and workspaces, filter them by phase, see activities in progress or paused.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are no negative aspects but I would like the mobile application to be more native, and to have more emojis or gif. Otherwise it has helped me a lot in my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I can be more organized in my work thanks to Monday, I improved my workflow so I am more productive and I have more free time with my family. Our team's performance has increased by 30-40%.
Flexible, user-friendly data management system
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibilty of being able to create workflows that help me manage projects from start to finish and keep me on tract to serve my clients to the best of my ability. I like the was it is easy to create reporting dashboards that tract the business stats I need to measure my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations had better editing and organization tools. As automations are added it is hard to tract what the steps of each automation are and it is difficult and not intuitive to add additional steps. Expanding the data present under each automation and perhaps adding a folder structure to sort actions into similar groupings would help make them more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a real estate business with varying types of transactions and both individual and corporate clients. Monday.com allows be tocreate workflows for each type of client and each type of transaction.
Very intuitive, simple, and nice to use project software
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Monday.com because of the intuitive interface, great features, simple to use approach, and quick support when needed. I strongly recommend to give it a try if you are searching for some great solution for a mid-size company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest to add a following feature - add a person to a particular tast without seeing the whole board. For ex., we need an HTML developer for some tasks on the board, but not to see all board for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our desire for transparency in the company in terms of the projects and its' progress. Now we are all on the same page, so we see the general results of the company as well, and can quickly see if something is similar in terms of tasks.

Its very useful to get insight in your own and other peoples planning. A great way to communicate and see eachothers progress

I like it because it helps me to have better organization in my activities and to be able to track the progress I make, as well as organize my work team.

That the activities are easy to edit, so any team member can modify the delivery dates, parameters, or even add or delete activities.

The organization of the company's activities allows us to keep track of the progress and modifications that arise as a project develops.
Reliable and user friendly project management website!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday.com has been a game changer for my team, during lockdowns it was invaluable in being able to communicate and track the progress of jobs and projects. Its very intuitive and easy to use, the automations ensure a seemless experience and have been quick and easy to set up. Everything is straightforward and visually ordered. Being able to easily add, delete, move and track with statuses, reminders and times is fantastic. Using the integrations and different board views for data insights has been extremely helpful for the company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found any issues or bugs when using over the past year, I have nothing negative to report or dislike about the website. It works and performs exactly as we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved keeping track of our workload across the team, we can easily WFH and see what needs to be done in the day in order of priority. At a glance I can see my entire workload on one page without having to navigate multiple websites or click into different areas, its streamlined our processes.

I love that we can organize into boards.

I dislike that I get a ton of emails about Monday when projects are being submitted. We are working on how to figure that out ha.

It is solving a lot of organizational problems like working on projects and submitting requests for content.
