Probably One of the Best Tools of the Class

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use but has a lot of power under the hood. You can set up a kanban or a ticket tracking system in a few minutes, but diving into automation permiots building really smart and customized systems.

Also, the visual design is a delight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honetly, not much to say here. Some UI decisions are a bit wonky (nothing that leaps out hardcore).

Connecting different cards - in Asana is't much easier and much more visual, here it seems like a secondary feature that is much less powerful than it needs to be.

Also, it's strange to say as automations are so robust, but I wish there were even more in depth and powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising my work and keeping a bird's eye view on my tasks is very easy. Cooperating with other teams and setting tasks is also very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to manage somes workflow and connect it to our local project easly with the monday API.
The api documentation is unambiguous, and a good community for help.
the users right are easly to change and to transfert to an other user !
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to personnalise more the workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage more than one IT project and my colleagues are always aware of the task I am working on, this avoids duplication of work and leads to good communication

The user can now create his own table, and is more autonomous.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very easy to use. Unlike chats and emails, it is easy to follow up on the task and set a deadline that everyone can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use slack a lot and having a list of the task there would help a lot. Right now, we have to open a browser to get access to Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the tasks, setting deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday allows me to stay on top of everything, with deadlines and related details. The fact that I can dynamically track these elements is what I like the most! There can also be so many options for automation that I have yet to try, which is fantastic. Using Monday is a real upgrade, coming from someone that was using a spreadsheet to manage priorities!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a few bugs sometimes, but they usually sort themselves out quickly. They did not appear often and were not life-changing. A quick reload fixes the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see all of my tasks in one click and track all of the deadlines. Also, it's easy to add notes and valuable details that I might lose on some paper somewhere. I can access the platform from anywhere, on my laptop and my cellphone, if I want to check something quickly.

Loads of tasks can become clutter without the proper management and if it is disorganized. That's where monday.com comes in

Great way to organize IT sheets!

What do you like best about the product?
We have clients that all have individual needs and different networking for each. Monday let's us organize Sheets in a way that makes it easy to access the information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app on my iOS device refuses to open the Google Sheets page, but it's strange that it never affects the desktop version. Usually, just have to restart the phone, and it's good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize files and customize the display the way you like. It's an integral part of the IT process, and without it I would probably be unable to ever help a client!

What do you like best about the product?
As a business manager, I was responsible for finding the best tool to organize the work process of our employees and also the management of the company. Monday provides us with almost all we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday could be a little more flexible with some features, like the management of file download permissions, and provide scheduling features "in-house", without the need to acquire other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us to organize our work process and the business management. We've found many optimizations in our time and noticed a considerable amount of time saved

Automations are the best

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very versatile software. It is a spreadsheet that looks good and does things for you automatically if you take the time to set up the automation. It is fun to build boards and perform large numbers of simple tasks while keeping better track of the complex tasks. This software is as simple or as complicated as you want to make it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two qualms with the software. First, when you create automations for people, there is no way to transfer singular automations to a new user. This can make the creation of automations more challenging depending on the desired outcome. You can transfer ownership of all user Automations, but that isn't helpful if you only want to build one for a coworker who doesn't understand or have time to develop their own.
Second, Workdocs (their word editor) is super slow. Our company tried to use them, but they would always freeze up, and it would take a while to enter even a few sentences. We moved back to google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us manage projects, tasks, form submissions, and a lot more across all departments in our company. It has excellent reporting features that help me analyze spending. There is so much that it does for us.

Monday.com as a sales CRM & to do list

What do you like best about the product?
It puts our to-do lists & our sales crm in one location. We can easily share information & tasks among the team members. It's a great way for us to stay on top of what tasks are done, & what's left to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggle with reporting for our sales team. The way our business works, we lack some features to track our sales numbers & report on them consistently and accurately. It is a needed feature for us, so we are having to find ways around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a clear path for our leads & a great way to track where are leads are in the process. It also provides a great way for us to track our clients in the sales process once they've booked with us.
