What do you like best about the product?
It does the job. It's like having a secretary and a second brain.

Flexible = it fits to almost every need i may need.
Useful.
Reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that i dislike Monday. It's that I don't have enough time to take MONDAY to the next level. Some process like email marketing, in campaign terms, needs knowing how that sometimes I may refresh in order not to commit mistakes due it is not a task that I do every day. So, will it be possible to make the process even easier?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization.
B.D. of customers: products they consume. Conversations. Emails register....
It makes me remind. It makes my conversations more useful. It really helps in customer relationship management.

Manage creative work

What do you like best about the product?
The structure of things it's very clear. Clear overview of what needs to be done, and with the different labels, the user can add to the board. It helps me, who does a lot of creative work, to know the status of specific projects or what needs to be done. The different ways to customize the board are excellent features to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very cluttered when you are a member of a lot of projects it can be hard to keep track of the progress. Notifications can sometimes be spam, even if they are good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structure of projects and the ability to track progress. Great collaboration between members of the team. The feeling of turning tasks into done is the best and motivates ones to get stuff done.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity and integration with slack help me to keep aware of any new task on my team board. I like the dark mode, filter by person and the notifications page.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need better integration with bitbucket; every task must be manually linked with Pull Requests. On the notification page, I have to select the board I want, and I don´t know why it keeps showing me notifications on boards that I don´t have any tasks. It might be a configuration thing, but I m not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a small software company. We use Monday to manage tasks and time; it was the first time I used Monday.com, and it's a good tool that is easy to use. I can organize my day and ensure others know what I'm doing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Monday's UX. It's super easy to understand, use and navigate. I use it to keep track of tasks within the team and for bigger projects and camapigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find any downside with Monday. Without the tool, I wouldn't be nearly as effective and efficient as I am with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of tasks, change the status of the tasks, and communicate deadlines and to-dos with colleagues. As a project manager, it's my most valuable daily tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that I can build my workspaces exactly how I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there's too much to do. So I bet there are so many qualities I don't know about that can make all of my work more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the communication that usually gets lost between colleagues. Anyone can learn about anything like notes from meetings, contact with clients, campaigns etc. I love Monday. It's so easy to keep track of my To Do's and that I can build my list the way I want is a huge plus. Also clients that my colleagues and I share together we use as a shared workspace which enables us to see exactly what the other person has done etc. This is great when I need an extra hand and other colleagues easily can find everything they need to know about the client.

What do you like best about the product?
The two significant upsides of Monday is the ease of use; you can create fantastic project boards for all sorts of projects in no time, and Monday has a very friendly-looking interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with many teams on Monday, the overview of all projects can be a bit chaotic over time. So disciplined maintenance is needed to keep the structure in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is making sure that our teams can work together on multiple projects with multiple teams at the same time. With easy-to-use project boards and clear structures.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can use different types of columns and have suggested automations.
Sharing a table/dashboard with colleagues or external business partners makes it easy for everyone to stay up-to-date with current projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes having to convert a column to be able to use a certain widget is frustrating because we can lose some of the benefits of the initial column type we had selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my team and I log the time we spend on our different projects, keep the management up-to-date with project deliveries and used time to bill afterwards. Our performance has significantly improved since switching to Monday (we used to do all of this with several spreadsheets and that wasn't as user-friendly as Monday)!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the site navigation took a little bit took some getting used to from other task-handling platforms I have used, but now I much prefer it. Where previously in other companies tasks were in Salesforce or more Jira heavy, those structures didn't relate to my role/s and I find the sharing and collaboration much easier with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is having to click out of cells/fields when typing. A hit return to complete fields like Excel, Sheets etc. would be quicker, being able to shift+tab between fields would also be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday let's me keep track of my own tasks but also allows my team to collaborate, hand over tasks and document our processes. This has been infinitely helpful and lets my superiors know exactly where I am on each task.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Monday.com for various aspects of our business for more then 2 years. The system is super user friendly and the templates and guidance is amazing.

Monday.com allows us to manage projects in our HR department, our creditors department and even in planning our day to day logistics and supply chain schedules. The system allows for efficient time keeping, reaching long and short term goals as well as serves as an excellent information management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Monday.com could offer a more effective procurement management process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com assists us in managing information, time and allows us to stay on target with schedules and boards that are easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
The transparency it provides to a team with a large and constantly changing number of objectives. Everybody involved is kept in the loop and can customize boards to their liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Potential email spam when a particular person is assigned to many tasks. Perhaps sending out a single mail detailing all the tasks that need to be completed instead of an email per task would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant problem that Monday.com solves is that of being unorganized. I and the rest of my team work from home, so a central site that contains all the tasks and who needs to complete them goes a long way in ensuring everybody knows where they stand.
