Simplifies Project Management and Business Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped us organize countless business processes, from marketing and sales to project management. The UI is very user-friendly & can be integrated with various software. The tool is so robust - I'm sure there are capabilities we haven’t even tapped into yet!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is great for receiving notifications and updates on the go but lacks a few essential features, which makes it challenging for team members to access specific boards/tasks remotely. The app also doesn't refresh automatically at times. I am hoping future updates will resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our team stay organized and on track with the daily tasks. It is easy to keep up to date with the status of projects and what tasks need to be completed. It also saves time by enabling automated emails and integrations with other software like Jira.
Excellent service delivery
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Monday.com simplifies co-working. It makes it easier for me to submit reports and see the projects my colleagues are working on. I have tried other project management tools in the past but for me, Monday.com is on another level. The interface is beautiful, easy to use and user-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to open sometimes in a low connectivity area. Without strong internet connection, there could be some issues using it. I would suggest if the website can further be optimized for those of us staying in developing countries where our internet connection is not as strong as First world Nations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is the major business problem Monday.com is solving for me and my colleagues with the different options and outlays available in the Boards. I personally like the Facebook Ads integration into our boards
Simple project/task management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to learn and use. It is also highly customizable. It's great for tracking tasks and projects across a team of people without being too rigid or complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
They try to bill Monday.com as a panacea for tracking business information. It is not. For example, it doesn't work very well as a CRM (even for a small organization), but for keeping track of, managing, and communicating on tasks and projects it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of roadmap items. Managing work in progress. Project request forms. Assigning work. Communicating with stakeholders. Document and requirements storage.
Adaptable with good centralization
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a project and tasks for it is easy once you get the hang of it. I find it more forgiving than Microsoft Project. I like that you can indicate the work status with color coding. I appreciate the ability to communicate directly about a specific task and attach materials and information to it. Its drag-and-drop capability of it is also appreciated. The other thing I LOVE is the app for the phone, so I can be connected to it and get notifications. It makes life easy on the road!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overall layout can be challenging; sometimes, it can be a lot of scrolling. Sometimes it's not initially intuitive to other users, especially individuals not versed on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping decentralized teams connected. It gives a central point of contact and connection over the tasks we share and contribute. It functions like our home base and allows us to confidently know where to start with work if we are uncertain.
Easy to learn and use.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to customize and add data to my boards. The interface is easy to use and set up. I enjoy using Monday.com and learning more about it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling was not working well for us. It may be the way the board was set up. We needed full calendar views. Also, monthly hours against client contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep all of our service conracts and data in one place. Easy to access and understand the data.

The friendly interface and the easy-of-use functionalities that need barely few training and experience.

The amount of possibilities of integrations and automatizations that need further instructions and training in order that you can take profit of them.

The organization of projects and tasks. Our Department is more connected than ever.
Monday board helps me stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday board allows me to track all my tasks and deadlines in one look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sure this is not a feature limitation but more of limitation in my access since I am using a company monday board. But I would want to create a separate room for my personal tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues with missed tasks. Our team has never been this organized! We can see the timeline of our tasks, we can add notes, and it sends a notification via email. I have never missed a task after using Monday board
Great project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all team members can view the boards and keep track of the projects they are currently working on. It allows for us to do a quick glance and know where we stand on the timeline of events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets confusing between boards and dashboards. I've come to learn that you need to make sure the board you are using is not set to private so that everyone on the team can view it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we all work remote and are located in various places around the US, using an online tool like this allows us to be more productive without constantly having to email each other back and forth to ask simple questions.
A good platform for a growing business!
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com was a helpful tool for our company. It was a great way to stay organized, check in on project updates and to communicate with the relevant parties working on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first began working at my company, we were in the early stages of offboarding from monday.com and moving to a new platform. As a result, some of the processes with reviewing deliverables became a little clunky, but this was not necessarily monday's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us prioritize and ensure the clients received what they wanted when they wanted it. I did not get too much time to become familiar with the platform, but it served its purpose.
Easy and transparent team organizing
What do you like best about the product?
Aesthetically pleasing, easy and intuitive platform that helped us manage teams within multiple departments. Automations, diversity of available field types and views make it easy to use in various scenarios. We have organized our boards to represent a workflow which made it very easy to get a quick overview of where items are in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. If I had to point something out is the user's ability to sort boards and not being able to restore default sorting or have a shared predefined sorting across all board member, meaning if you sort and them move items up or down within one group, the other user are not able to see it, but there are workarounds :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us get away from having multiple platform (trello, sheets, etc) to keep us organized. This made our work more transparet and allowed colleagues to see exactly what are we working on.
