Monday Work Management: Efficiency and Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is its super easy-to-use interface. It’s very intuitive, even for non-techy users. The ability to customize workflows and integrate with other tools makes everything more organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved in Monday Work Management is the pricing, especially for smaller teams or startups. While the tool offers great features, some of the more advanced functionalities are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be a bit of a stretch for smaller budgets. It would be nice to see more flexibility in the pricing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management with my team to keep tasks organized and well-distributed. It helps us stay on top of deadlines, track progress, and ensure everyone knows their responsibilities. We also use it to collaborate on projects, making communication and task updates much smoother.
Monday is a Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is honestly a life saver. We keep all of our projects (upcoming, and ongoing) in this system. We also make our own to do list to stay organized and also sharable boards to share with customers so they can always be in the know of how their project is coming along.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. This system does everything we need and more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us stay organized with customer projects but having everything in one spot. No more searching in emails for PDFs, photos, or anything else that may have been sent over. Everything is all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday arrived at our Procurement team to completely change our way of working. Now we are fully digitalized, which allows us to have real-time information, generate management indicators, and therefore more easily implement improvement action plans.
No need to pay someone external for the implementation, with the tutorials and having basic technological knowledge, it can be achieved.

The AI function has not yet been implemented in our account.

Perfect for Managing Multiple Large Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage multiple large projects at once whilst using the amazing automation tool to send updates once certain milestones within each project have been reached.
With all the customization options I feel it has helped me develop my project management skills alongside managing the boards

A few of our users can get overwhelmed if we have made a more complicated board however we appreciate this may be user error as opposed to Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to effectively manage the projects my work undertakes which have many items (100+) to successfully integrate the projects. With projects with many items going on at the same time it is nigh on impossible to remember the status of all ongoing items without some work management tool. Monday.com has solved this problem and allows me to quickly check on the status of projects when needing to provide urgent updates to stakeholders

What do you like best about the product?
We've had a great experience using Monday.com overall. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, with features like drag-and-drop functionality and customizable color coding that make organizing tasks simple and efficient. We especially appreciate the wide variety of templates available, as well as the flexibility to create our own workflows. Since implementing Monday.com, we've seen a noticeable improvement in our team's efficiency and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming at times—especially when we have a specific design in mind and are trying to link boards and items in a particular way. The learning curve for more complex setups can be challenging. However, once things are in place, the results are well worth the effort. It's an amazing tool that has truly enhanced how we work together.

Most recent update caused an inability to upload file to projects/updates. Now I the only way is to drag and drop
