Eases Collaboration Among Team Members

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped our team organize our tasks and has provided a space where we can collaborate on these tasks to ensure that the team is informed of the status and what is needed to get it to completion. In addition, we love the automation options and are using these to assist us in building out new processes for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that we dislike about monday.com. However, the only thing I can think of is the use of mirrored columns. We cannot access mirrored columns on our forms buildout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps organize tasks that come into our department, informs us of what sub-tasks need to be completed, and keeps the whole team informed of the status in the event one of us is out of the office. The beauty of it is that any team member can pick up a task and push it forward at any time. We are all informed of each other's workload and what needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation made creating process improvement much more effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is how customizable it is, this can slow you down in setting up what you need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From task management to document creation, I found Monday.com could handle everything we threw at it.

Efficient project tracking tool for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
It can be super simple and accesible when adding clients in the mix for them to use while allowing us to make more complex boards more useful for our team. It has great intergration capabilities allowing my calendar and messaging systemems to sync up!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more automation abilities across multiple boards. Sometimes we have to repeat information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines time tracking combined with our project managment allowing us to see what tasks have taken more time than expected.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to create boards to share across teams. Searching through inventories is easy. Color coding for priorities is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the board view to be more flexible and should be able to zoom out to look at all the columns in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses it as a database for the various reagents different teams produce and its easy to track the progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I work with many different departments, and I often have difficulty keeping all my projects organized. Monday.com has allowed me to stay organized and focused on the priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I wish Monday.com could offer. I wish that on boards, I could organize the tasks differently from others and have different columns depending on the different groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed my team to stay updated on all of our projects. It has helped with the organization as multiple people are touching one project. Ultimately, it offers the ability for my team to come together and created a functional timeline that we can all access and refer to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations best - particularly when a status is updated, the item can move to a different board and send a message to the coworker responsible for the next step.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I would say I dislike is that there is no way to have a single table to view multiple items in multiple groups that have the same status. For instance, if there are items in Groups A, B, and C, all with the status of "In Progress," I can't view all of the items in one table. It still shows up in multiple groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us track clients' projects through initial intake, outreach, work, finalization, and close-out. It is benefiting me because I can message my coworkers easily to ask them about a specific project and they can respond in the Monday item, where all the data is. With the app, we are able to keep in touch easier even if one of our team members is out in the field and not in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great platform to keep communication and project information all in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes files and important comments related to a project can get lost, could be easier to navigate the tool and find your board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to collaborate on marketing and web projects and have found that collaboration and productivity have seen huge improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize your view of each board. tutorial videos that help you get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some getting used to, so it was a challenge to find the right workflow for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication across our team, as well as overall project management while we are without a project manager on our team.

Pretty solid platform for project management

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is pretty easy to use and figure out. Even setting up automations is a pretty easy task. It sure beats manually typing things into spreadsheets and trying to keep things up to date that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some occasional downtime that the site is not available. Some of the filtering is on the lame side. For instance, you are allowed a bunch of "and" clauses or "or" clauses to filter out views. HOwever, you can't combine "and" with "or" clauses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a tool for effective and automated communication while making project progress visible for everyone involved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best about Monday.com is that when I need to look for something, it will show no matter how much it has also been in archived. It is very convenient since you can also have multiple boards to assist the team better.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Monday.com is that sometimes it could be slow or it takes a long to open one task.It takes up your time especially if you are on the phone with a patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, I am no aware that monday.com is solving something, and it is not benefiting me at the moment more than it already is. Monday.com is sometimes reliable sometimes it is not.
