Better than anything else
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very intuitive and especially well-suited for marketing-related project management, although it's versatile for other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday really helps keep our teams aware and on task, so projects are more collaborative and accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the colors, and I like the workflows; I like the calendar view. I like it all pretty much.

What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the app, and I hate the fact that I need to use the app to see boards on my phone. Monday ppl, please make it mobile-web friendly already! otherwise I think they're on track:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving problems we face when collaborating between teams and external resources.
Moreover, we find it very clear and visual, and helps us improve workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it all!! Literally everything about monday makes me so so happy. As a scheduler, I use it to keep track of the clients and staff that I oversee and use the automations to remind myself of things from weekly check-ins to when the last time I spoke to a client/staff was. I have my boards set up perfectly for what I need and use it every single day :)
Loving that I am able to send specific emails to staff through my boards so when I reach out to a family, I am able to send that update to their clinical team so that they are also in the loop without me having to switch to multiple different screens.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to CC emails sent out from the board.. When I send out check-in emails or updates, being able to CC the rest of my team on those emails just in case I am out the next day and something needs follow-up would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep track of everything from onboarding staff and the last time we contacted them, current staff availability and where they are. I'm able to keep track of current schedules, how many hours our clients are prescribed and what we are covering vs what still needs covered. A lot of what I would normally have to make 2 or 3 calls for, I am able to go into my Monday and find that information instead of asking the same question every couple of months.
By far the most flexible and Intuitive project management tool I've used.

Monday.com is by far the most flexible and Intuitive project management tool I've used.
It's easy to set up new projects and tailor the boards to the specific needs of the project and the different teams within the organization and the project.

My pet peeve is the board's default setting places the last entry at the bottom of the list when it should be at the top.

As a fully remote virtual office, Monday.com facilitates collaboration at a distance, providing visibility of projects to all and easy access to all relevant information.

How rapid it is - how easily accesible all information that we will need is all there via one click

Monday.com has given us visibility throughout our shop on the status of orders... Given the amount of growth weve seen im not sure how we would have managed without the organization and process this cloud based software has given us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the fact that monday.com is allways expanding its features and capabilities , which is exiting as it gives you more posibilities , this also creates alot of unexpected changes and can from time to time create a lot of work to find ways to fix or update our processes since we depend alot on the export spreadsheets from monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us with consolidateing alot of our programs / software that we previously used to one cloud based software. It has given us the visibility on the floor at each work station to see what jobs need to be done next..
This has also allowed us to schedule and plan ahead...

What do you like best about the product?
Monday let's me customize my boards and my thoughts. I can make sure I have also my tasks done with timeline and statuses. It also helps me keep track of employee requests
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site can be a little buggy. There's has been times where the site went down for a while, but that's rare. The app has improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking into how Monday can help us with keeping our clients on tasks and moving towards a cms rather than just internal uses only. We are still navigating those waters.
Organization and speed for better use of time
What do you like best about the product?
Improve greatly the internal organization between departments in the company. The environment and usability are very intuitive and allow us to be much more effective in our daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The views at certain times become complicated at first. The learning curve for good utilization can be long over time, although once overcome, it substantially improves internal organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interdepartmental organization is a key point in the work we develop, therefore being able to create shared projects allows us to work independently and as a team at the same time.
Amazing planning platform
What do you like best about the product?
We can add all our projects, workers and data in the platform. With the overview of these components, we see much less hiccups in the planning of our projects and workers

Maybe the price, because we don't use all the components we would like to see a 'light' form or so

It helps use with providing an overview of all the projects and where we have a gap. This gap can be filled with the workers also in Monday
The Perfect CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The board templates are great so I don't have to start from scratch each time I create a new board
The tagging features are brilliant on updates etc - connected to email so i can see straight when a team member has a question for me or needs to change something

It would be nice to have the option to merge my google calendar with the Monday.com calendar.
The site can also be a little slow sometimes and updates on boards don't show up straight away

Everything my work team needs is in 1 space for us all to see - upcoming and past events, client info, tasks and when they need to be completed. Monday.com has made us a much more organised and efficient team
