Everything is easier

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has improved communication and organisation in between all the teams and projects I'm working on. Some process got simplified by just using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to work without it once you have tested it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solving the overflowing emails by just using the comments section, sharing information to a large group in real time , keeping track of projects and analysing the projects.

Great Website for organizing and getting things done fast

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can log in and see what needs to be prioritized before other things. It lets us communicate about specific orders, so we're all on the same page. I feel like you have unlimited access to organize everything the way that works best for your company and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Monday is the number of notifications I get in a day from everyone logged on. It informs me of what others are working on when I don't have anything to do with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main reasons we got Monday for our company is that we needed to find something to help our employees see all of our projects coming up and prioritize things before others.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is how well it allows me to schedule. Everything is very user friendly, so this makes it even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, the thing I like the least would have to be calenders in monday. They are hard to use and don't seem to work as well as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is how my company schedules all of our field work, so this is really useful to me.

Best Project Manager and Worksheet ever

What do you like best about the product?
I love about Monday all the flexibility it gives me to create and follow up on anything I want. My sales CRM and sales Pipeline are from Monday and this is a perfect tool for projects and follow up as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage that the platform has is that it doesn't have all the excel formulas but other than that the platform has improved above and beyond compared to when it started!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I have my CRM there, my pipeline of sales, the inventory we have and all the projects I work on. I also use it to create my invoices and to follow up on my team

Challenging User Experience Trying to Get Started

What do you like best about the product?
Initially it looked like it might be a good solution. There was a demo on the website that made it look like a user friendly project management tool. It seems like it could be not bad for larger teams that can get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I struggled getting into it. During set up there seemed to be errors and I couldn't seem to get a basic project set up. It was fustrating as I was trying to find a useful tool for a client. When shopping and demoing software, one only has so much time and I would prefer a smoother entry to something. I was actually fairly annoyed after the demo seemed to show a completely different experience I couldnt access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were hoping to organize files and collaboration for projects like designing a website and some video projects. My client was looking for a file storage, and project collaboration too they were willing to subscribe to. We couldn't even get off the ground with Monday.com. It felt like they faked a good user experience with their little onsite demo. I was kind of annoyed honestly.

"All in one" as in all you need for your team in one package!

What do you like best about the product?
Its an awesome way of receiving orders, assigning them to team members, tracking the status, and being able to keep it open to public (IF needed)so anyone can see our taskers log, status, who is responsible with what, seeing them drafts of the products we are designing, as well as getting feedback from the requesters
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more options to tag/contact requesters who are not one of our members or guests on monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we used to use outlook to correspond with customers and team members and our leadership team. outlook calendar was open to all and we were receiving orders from left and right, over the phone or even when you see people in the hallways. Now with monday, we can keep all that info in one place

Wonderful and colorful mastermind that helps out any proces or project

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the tool serves as an extra brain. With a simple click it remembers any important status or update. Since the entire tool is an online element, everyting is saved automatically, it is accaeble from everywhere in the world and by eveyrone on the team.

Simply an amazing tool that is saving me a lot of time and headaches!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get a lot of e-mails with updates and changes that have been going on. This is also because of our installed automations so it's not entirely Monday's fault ;)

another thing that might come in handy is a history button, where you simply could go back 1 or 2 steps > maybe this is possible already but i have not found it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us to make clear who is doing what, when there are doing it and with all the fixed deadlines. As a projectmanager it most helfull to get an complete overview over all the dfferent projects, from all the different artists.
It saves us a lot of time checking in with everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many ways to keep my projects organized! I have checklists for each board and you can really make each of them your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my team has found the automation don't always work and getting a hold of the Monday team to fix it is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the way I collaborate with members of my team and others at work. All of my daily projects live there as well.
