the organization of all items that we have in our company, is necessary for understand all the process
So easy to collaborate and simple to learn!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to share project status with all members of the team, and to move things around from group to group and board to board. It is also very easy to duplicate boards and reuse them. I love the flexibility of creating my own status tags and managing who can review, comment, and add. The search functionality is also very strong. We also use it for registration forms, submission forms for contests, and other similar projects and it aggregates content in such an easy to use way! I use it all day long every day. Getting it set up required a little bit of training but once we understood the basics it's pretty darn WYSIWYG.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's because we are using it for something it was not designed to do, but I would love to see more options for using the tool to gather survey responses. We use it in that capacity sometimes but being limited only to a 5-star scale keeps us from using it more. The same with registration forms; the tool isn't really designed for it so we've had some hiccups trying to nest questions. But these would be bonuses, not complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of projects across multiple lines of business so we are always delivering on time
Being a reliable and searchable repository of project activity so we can do accurate reporting - the graphs and other tracking features are so useful
Making it easy to keep conversations about the project in the project tracking location, so we are "out of email and Teams" and can easily keep up with everyone's questions, comments, and updates
Being a great source for forms and intake documents that we can flow directly into a project board - makes our Annual Meeting planning so much easier
Allowing for application of formulas so we can track can drive submissions across our offices and report out via our intranet in real time - what a motivator for our employees!

This helps me and my team keep everything in one place, instead of individualized lists. It ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Clear interface, powerful features for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the interface of monday Work Management, which is clear, flexible, and easy to understand. It simplifies the management of podcast projects that we carry out at my agency. By detailing each project into elements and sub-elements, the available dashboard allows me to keep track of all aspects of ongoing projects, such as pre-production, production, post-production, and promotion. monday Work Management also offers us more possibilities, notably through the clarity of its tables and calendars, which is particularly valuable for podcast production.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application runs slowly or freezes, preventing me from accessing certain parts of the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize all stages of podcast project production, from pre-production to promotion, which allows for more efficient management.

It's was pretty difficult to automate emails from Monday.

Accessible, Feature-Rich, and Smart with Impressive AI
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the accessibility and features such as the kanban table, summarised boxes and the AI implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not the most compatible with a windows laptop/device in comparison to Apple products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It collects the data as we progress through projects which allows us to essentially hold client files on previous work and invoices that we can pull up at any point.
Effortless Project Coordination and Intuitive Automations
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use and configure for various types of projects. Building automations is intuitive. Communicating with team members and others inside my organization on specific tasks is simple and has made it easy to coordinate on a large number of efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes challenging to manage a large volume of projects' status conditions that trigger them falling off of My Work and requires clicking through several boards and groups to adjust triggering events. There are also some screen real estate challenges with viewing notifications and their respective items but this is fairly minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives many users visibility and control over many simultaneous efforts.
Effortless Task Tracking and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
tracking each and every task with precision and maintaining the Monday board is way easier. Automating the repeating tasks was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface gets glitchy some times. Except tat every thing is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my team and tracking their work efficiency and project management is making my day easy by keeping the wanted tasks and all in one place.
Intuitive and visual, but there's room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about monday.com is how visual and intuitive it is. The boards make it easy to visualize what everyone’s working on at a glance, and I love how customizable everything is — from statuses and automations to dashboards. It keeps our team organized without feeling overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some basic features are still missing — for example, the ability to copy all subitems of a task at once. In our workflow, we create weekly Sprint Reports summarizing the previous week’s work. Often, subitems are filled in quickly during the sprint and need to be refined before being included in the final report. Ideally, we’d like to copy all subitems together, fine-tune the content with an AI tool, and then paste the improved version back into our report. However, since monday.com doesn’t currently support bulk copying of subitems, we have to manually copy each one individually, which is time-consuming and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com solves problems for us like tracking tasks and projects, keeping a record of our employees' time and visualizing it all. One of its most beneficial features is the option to add updates to tasks, sub-tasks, etc.. It helps keep track and record of the progress in our work and share it with other team members, increasing visibility and making collaboration much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and intuitive, offering a range of tools that make it simple to search for information, apply filters, and create dashboards. Additionally, the automation features, workflows, and AI capabilities help save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of information in certain situations can make it difficult to manage multiple boards, and the tools offered by the platform may overwhelm most users.
Its not a dislike but i think that people dont make the most of monday because companies dont change the work culture hence people cant do things in a new way.

It allows you to automate certain tasks, which means reviewing your information requires less effort. Additionally, the visual presentation is well done—using colors and blocks really helps make the information clear and easy to understand.
