Not really designed to support thousands of items / sub-Items a day.
The mobile app is not useful at all. Very slow. Internal development doesnt run on the App.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations functions and the ability to easily replicate boards and projects. I also think it's a very intuitive platform and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if groups on boards could have different columns and didn't have to be uniform across every group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's automations help make sure I am able to provide support for regular, repeating administrative tasks without having to recreate them daily or weekly.

Its visual boards and automation features help us stay organized and ensure timely follow ups. Monday's integrated communication tools make it easy to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors It allows us to streamline documentation and enables real-time updates. Monday.com when used daily, enhances both individual accountability and team coordination, allowing us to focus on delivering impactful assistance to the individuals we work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to organize and keep track of so many different projects. Being able to track and monitor progress updates for each project as well as report issues and communicate with teammates very specifically and precisely through use of the platform makes projects run much smoother. I use it daily for work and find it extremely easy to use as well as easy to train those beneath me how to utilize it to make our projects run hiccup free.

It's not very user friendly for cellphones.

it is very customizable, which makes workflow tracking easier to look at when you have high volume

there are certain restrictions like the number of users you can make accounts for, or the number of drop down tags you can create
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration of workflow between teams is easier with monday.com than it used to be because of the automations. we no longer operate out of live excel spreadsheets that lock when one user is making edits.

From the practicality and the boards that can be customized, and the convenience of accessing them even from a mobile phone to find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
"I don’t like how it can be sensitive when deleting content by accident and without noticing. I believe it lacks user feedback (UX).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized place with all the information I need — such as client database, marketing actions, pre-client details, key contact management, and an annual calendar. This way, I can save time and have fewer places to manage my tasks and information.

I like that regardless of all the items or people you add, they have a very good variety of filters that help you organize each week in a more orderly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I have a filter by person active and I add a new task, it disappears from the view because I haven't assigned it to anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track each task and assign it to different people in the company. Then being able to analyze delay times by task and by person.
Keeps Our Ops Team Organized and Clients in the Loop
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps keep our operations team organized, and it allows us to share live feedback directly with clients. Its colorful interface and user-friendly design make it very easy to build in. We rely on it for nearly everything within our company and often recommend it to others, especially our clients. For example, DOI BSSI gave us excellent feedback after we used the tool to show them the status of their projects and to help keep everyone on track. Its our favorite company tool in the ops side! 10/10 recommend. Oh also all the questions needed to answer are online for support. My team was able to implement this to our co.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the main issue I'm experiencing is that my phone no longer syncs properly with the online platform. When I make changes on my phone, they don't show up on the online platform. It used to work, but now I'm not sure if the problem is with my phone or something else.
