Monday transformed the systems in my business
What do you like best about the product?
Before I was using Monday.com, my business was disorganized. The endless tools available on the platform make it so easy to streamline any project we are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is next to nothing that I dislike about the platform. There are so many tools available, so whatever you want to do can be done with this software. Whenever we have experienced any kind of very minor tech issue (which have been incredibly rare in the years I have been using the platform), the team is quick to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has taken the business off of my local computer and placed it on a platform that allows me to step away from my business and let the team handle things. Monday has allowed me to be more intentional when pre-planning projects, and the tools allow for easy file sharing, communication, and much more. My business used to be a mess, but now everything is systematized, and everything runs more smoothly.
Great for Data Processing
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized monday makes my day to day schedule. I work in data entry and have lots of files to go through, and monday makes it so easy to see where I'm at!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that monday would have a built in timer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, time management, and shareable workload. It makes my team aware of what needs to be done and what priority is assigned to what project.
The perfect app for workspaces
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clean the tables are. The ability to assign people to roles is so helpful, and it's all so easy to read. This is way better than trying to keep things organized in Google Sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. It's done everything I've needed it to!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has different teams for each project, which can be a lot to keep track of. The ability to filter by person, on top of how easy it is to track who is doing what, is a bit of a lifesaver for me.
Monday has helped me to organize my tasks and keep a clear overview.
What do you like best about the product?
The daily reminders. Also great to see who is in charge of specific tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails are not suitable for a web browser, so they're annoying to read once you open them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my deadlines and being able to remind person in charge of theirs.
A Great Work OS
What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows the user to customize the system to do nearly exactly what is needed at a granular level. This level of specificity allows for more streamlined workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The struggle I have had is a lack of true compatibility between Monday and Salesforce. Moving to Monday from Salesforce could be more streamlined with enhanced assistance, increased complexity limits, and more robust column types designed to handle Salesforce style data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is removing the silos in our remote workforce by enhancing visibility. We are also able to manage projects far more effectively than before. Monday has helped us reduce overhead.
As a Project Manager, Monday is a must use tool for better collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how I can use the program in various ways depending on what my team needs at the time. Once you get a handle on it, you will wonder how you used to collaborate without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to Monday. I do wish there was a better way of learning its programs, particularly for users that are not well-versed technologically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is fixing issues in communication and collaboration. Everyone is aware of where everyone is at in their projects. Monday is a lifesaver for me as a project manager.
Information at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a dashboard customized to what is important to me. I can easily see everything I need in one place! Monday gives me greater insight into everything I need to know and track. Monday has been a great addition to our vertical within the firm, and I am so glad we have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found anything I dislike about the software. I am a relatively new user, but I am thrilled with everything the software offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I would have to go to three different places to find all the data that Monday provided me. Not only does this save me time, it also gives me a better picture of what items I need to focus on.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has many features to help you and the team manage your projects. So many ready-made boards that can help you oversee deadlines and budgets, which is a vital part of managing a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration part is overwhelming. Seeing all the tools compatible with the app for the first time might scare you. But the good thing about this tool is they have it all in there. You just need to explore it, and maybe in a day or two you'll be expert already using the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By looking at all the information into one board. You can integrate your emails to monday.com so you won't miss any updates regarding your projects. It's a one-stop shop for all pieces of information you've got from different platforms.
monday.com keeps us on track
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is all on one screen. I can check out each tab to see deadline dates, sample files, finished files, comments and the status of each project in a colored status tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there was so much information when I began using monday.com, it was a little overwhelming. I wonder if there could be YouTube videos produced to take the novice user through the nuances of the software since it is an excellent tool after you learn how to navigate through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a video producer, I have several projects from multiple clients happening simultaneously. monday.com takes all the tasks and puts them in linear form, so I can see the project, who assigned it, the client, the specs of the project, the delivery date and the staus all on one line. It is difficult to juggle multiple projects at once, so this is a huge help to keep everything straight.
Great tool for all your project management needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have separate boards for various depts or teams in your organization AND that they can all be connected. You can flow an entire project from start to finish without having to make separate requests onto each team's board - a total time saver! And the automations you can add to the boards are really endless - it makes my life so much easier. Monday really is one of the best and easiest to use project management tools out there and I have used them all (Asana, Workfront, you name it).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the things that can be hard is the initial setup of your boards and automations. If you are not familiar with the tool, you may need to get someone who specializes in setting up Monday instances to help you get started. If you are starting off small, then you can probably get by with Monday's training videos and docs, but in my experience, we benefited from having someone come in and help us get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solved our company's problem with project management and campaign planning. Now we are more productive and have more visibility into what projects are being worked on and where they are in the process.
