Using Monday platform to organize my business
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Monday is very user friendly. It makes it easy to create, manage, and execute tasks in an efficient way. Monday also makes it super easy to communicate with team members across different tasks. I also really find Monday forms super helpful to gather customer content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the number of notifications that can happen to Monday users though I understand how to modify them too under settings. Another downside is being able to have more members on your team, you are limited to number of users based on account membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To not lose site of any tasks or projects! It helps keep my business organized from past, present to future. I am a lot more productive using Monday.com.
Agile and multi use platform
What do you like best about the product?
The customisation is exceptional on the platform. You are able to create boards that are bespoke and can be as simple or complex as you'd like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a colour plattet to be introduced and the downloads to excel are not that pretty, in particular the gannt view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The boards provide an excellent project collaboration platform which makes it easy for a team to track and prioritise their workload. The easy ti use interface also makes it a breeze to use
Monday is my Choice for Half my Program
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use! It is colorful and flows naturally. Its easy to pick up for those experienced in spreadsheet applications as well as those with minimal experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be confusing for beginners, however they have a great support team to help if you have questions on a specific feature such as creating rules and forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for fillable forms that are customizable to our business and needs. It solves the hassle of tracking projects in spreadsheet applications.
Great customizable project management tool that is available anywhere you are.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable board options fit projects of any size exceptionally well. I enjoy the "My Work" tab for keeping tasks and actionable items on my radar with a simple single-page view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many. The central growing pain would be when the predecessor function lags and dates don't auto-adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team now exclusively uses Monday.com as our primary communications tool, allowing us to share actionable tasks with documents attached and status updates on one platform.
Easy Organization with Great Automations
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options for columns, private boards, automations, and easy functionality between boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot create automation off mirrored columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated tasks that happen at certain stages that created on relevant task boards. This takes away any chance of an employee forgetting to do the task.
Game changer for my organization!
What do you like best about the product?
My organization originally implemented Monday.com to handle an in-depth review process of various documents, contracts, and marketing materials. We have quickly found several additional areas within the organization to benefit from Monday.com. Our processes and collaboration have greatly improved as a result of using Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, the only downside my organization has experienced is the lack of some automations and functions that would greatly benefit our group. We are aware, however, that Monday.com continues to grown and expand these options and we look forward to seeing further capabilities in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed my organization to cut down on the use of email and spreadsheets for tracking items and keep them in a central location that all stakeholders are able to access and collaborate on without losing sight. We have also seen great improvement in the turnaround time of tasks as a result of improved time management through Monday.com
Best time saving program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it is available everywhere and from all my devices!

Sometimes starting a new "board" can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my work and can be a semi-CRM to help me stay on top of things.
Best project and task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has excellent UI/UX with an intuitive design and easy-to-use boards. Highly recommended and works well for any team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there is a communication/chat application on Monday.com so our team does not have to use Slack anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Jira tickets can become quite cumbersome. Our team can perform and collaborate much better after moving to Monday project boards.
Great project management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration and customization options are great. I love that my team and I can chat back and forth and leave status updates of where projects are at. It keeps us organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the integration with our CRM, Crelate, was more robust. There's a potential in the future to be able to connect through Zapier, but even Zapier has its limitations. Our CRM is small at the moment, so there isn't much of an integration currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizaiton, workflow, and management. It helps me manage projects better but also my team. We are more productive, efficient, and just overall better becuase of the tools that we have through Monday.
Monday is the right amount of flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily add and connect data. To really tell a story about what's being worked, we need to connect it to other datasets and schedules. This helps to provide simple summaries but allow people to drill into the details when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model. Only some people in the org need the advanced functionality, but to get it, everyone needs to get upgraded.
