Makes it easy to get the info you need to everyone across the org globally

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been such a helpful tool to collaborate and share resources across our global teams. It's easy to use the fields to see when things were updated and who the key stakeholders are so you spend less time chasing and more time getting work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you link a file sometimes I don't want to name it and this slows the process down
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our entire org across new enablement assets

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful for me when I am trying to find clients contact info, phone number or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs better reminder of your following appointments or meetings.

Helping me stay organized with what packages I Iast sent to the client. What they said or any important info.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the user interface and the ease-of use. Everyone on the team was able to pick up on the program with very little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more flexibility when branding forms, and the population of tables when a form is submitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its keeping the team on track, and project creation a breeze. We love that an employee can submit a form and create a new project task.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com to me is the fact that everything I need to work with is organized and easily accessible. No need to go searching any and everywhere for what I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints using Monday.com. It has been an easy transition and has helped me organize my day and time, which is a big plus. I like having everything accessible and being able to communicate with my team all with one program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping by keeping me organized in my role as well as easy communications with all of the team members that I interact with whether on a daily basis or just once in a while.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to coordinate with several different teams globally to have immediate access on the progress of multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any complaints about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a user friendly work flow that allows projects and trip requests to go through the appropriate approval process and remain transparent throughout the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The structure itself is user-friendly, and it's easy to build out different boards and sections within. Assigning tasks/being assigned tasks is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Monday glitches, which is to be expected with any software. Monday updated a couple of months ago and I preferred the previous version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves any organizational issues or general forgetfulness; the app allows me to stay on track with my clients and tasks. I don't have to think much about what I should be doing.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility & agility of this software is astounding. Run projects how you want to but with the necessary PM structure adapting to your style.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could take some getting used to coming from pre-Monday's very rigid PM software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all comms and files in one place on a single project board is fantastic.
I no longer have to keep email trails and various files in different locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped us improve the communication between the team members involved in one single project. One can easily tell which stage the project is at and who is responsible for the following task. Additionally, we can track how long each stage is taking for better use our resources in the following projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could get 1) a notification panel that pops up a bit more and 2) a pop-up window when one clicks on the selected notification so that one doesn´t have to go up to the board one was at before.

Regarding exporting excel files, I´d like to be able to do it with multiple groups at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me track the time a specific task takes, even if I don´t do it in a single sitting. That helps me optimize my work.

It also prevents me from wasting time notificating people regarding my progress because they can get an email with it so that they take the project to the following stage.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the ability to quickly and easily communicate with colleagues. I've used many other platforms similar to monday.com, but monday.com is the easiest to use and more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about monday.com is that you cannot live chat with each other. I think a chat feature would be helpful and allow people to communicate quickly and easily without having to use multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that monday.com is solving is the issue of not having all of the necessary materials in one place. Before using monday.com we had materials in several different Google Docs, Google Folders, etc. which was time consuming and difficult to keep organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity. Where's a project stand? Let's check the status. I love the different options of columns and how you can add all of the boards to a dashboard. Tags! Tags are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations arent as custom as they should be. There are many automations i'd like to set but do not have the option for. Example, when x item with x status moves to x group, notify x every x days. This would be beneficial for our follow up system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The status of a project and department communication. We are a small business; everyone is responsible for different parts of the project. Monday offers accountability to every member.
