Automations Make Work Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Having automations in place is incredibly helpful for triggering notifications and assignments. They streamline the process, ensuring that tasks and alerts are managed efficiently without the need for constant manual intervention.

Setting up automations comes with a significant learning curve.

Managing the large volume of new projects coming in has been a significant task.

I like that i can create the flows exactly how i like, editing each box, or title to suit each project. i use it frequently to monitor, and track client work, and also manage staff workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
i went to use a template board, but I needed permission from admin to allow it, but when admin received this request this template was chargeable, I believe this should have been shown before i requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of all client work, with progressional steps to mark as you make progress through work.
Customizable Tabs Make Hourly Billing a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add tabs to view things in various manners. We bill hourly, so I love having the ability for a tab to calculate planned hours with a month, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task automation requires too many steps and it's not straightforward. If you do figure it out, you cannot adjust the due dates easily to change each month. This is very helpful for businesses who do the same things regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows our whole team to have eyes on every task being undertaken for our clients. It allows us to plan resources more effectively by knowing what's going on during the month, and when to shift so someone does not get overwhelmed.

When it is down for glitches, sometimes it can take the whole which I miss out on working.

Monday.com Work Management offers a highly intuitive interface that makes organising projects, tracking progress, and collaborating with teams effortless. The customisable boards and automation features save time and improve visibility across all workflows, making project management both efficient and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com is feature-rich, some advanced functions can feel overwhelming at first, and fine-tuning automations or integrations occasionally requires extra effort. The pricing can also become high as more features or users are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday Work Management we were able to bring together scattered spreadsheets, chat threads and email chains into a single, visual workspace. It has improved visibility of who’s doing what and when, enabled us to set up custom workflows and automations (so fewer manual hand-offs), and provided dashboards that give us a clear pulse on progress and resource load. As a result, we’ve seen faster decision-making, fewer overlooked tasks and better alignment across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is how clear and visually organized it is. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, which makes managing projects and tasks much faster and more enjoyable. I really appreciate the customization options—you can easily adapt boards, automations, and dashboards to fit your team’s workflow. It also helps a lot that everything is centralized in one place, so communication, task tracking, and deadlines are always transparent. Overall, it’s a tool that saves time, reduces confusion, and improves collaboration within the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday Work Management is that the integration with some external applications, like Outlook or other communication tools, could be more seamless and intuitive. It sometimes takes extra steps to connect everything properly. I also wish the platform was available in Slovenian, as that would make it easier for local teams and users who prefer working in their native language. Other than that, the overall experience is very positive.

monday Work Management helps us keep a clear overview of all incoming shipments — we can easily track and see exactly when goods are expected to arrive. It also provides great visibility of employees’ vacations and working hours, which makes planning and coordination much simpler. In addition, we can follow the progress of projects in a very transparent way, even when we’re not directly involved. Overall, it has significantly improved our organization, communication, and workflow efficiency.

User-Friendly and Organized: The Perfect Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I switched from the built-in work management tool in Freshservice and I like Monday a lot better because it’s more user friendly. Every time a task I’m assigned to gets updated, I get notified in every place imaginable so that it’s almost impossible to miss updates. Another thing I like is how tasks can be divided into smaller subtasks, since it makes it easier to stay organized. Overall, it’s a great solution for me and my colleagues to stay on top of our projects and helps us work together more effectively.

No downsides, I really like monday. It’s a great tool to have.
