Your business right hand!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is one of the best tools I've ever used. It helps keep our business running, and we are able to analyze and automate most of our processes with it. It's easy to use and pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any thing I don't like about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us mainly to create boards where we can track all our efforts and create graphics to see how we are improving or where we need to focus more.
Really simple way to keep notes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the system is relatively simple to navigate and easy to read. You can add and read notes within just a few clicks - I have used systems previously in which there were too many steps involved to see the notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can forget to update it - this is my own issue really!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows myself and my colleagues to make notes against tasks specific to our portfolio. It is easy to use so that we can monitor tasks for one another during periods of annual leave etc.

We love that it's so multifaceted. Because of the many personalized options for each team member, it makes Monday a great addition to use to get the most out of the program and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming with all that Monday has to offer. I'm grateful for the videos that make it simple to follow, watch, and then share with team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we have used other project management tools that weren't working well for us as a team. Monday has allowed us to collaborate more, share ideas, and comment on things that were possible before.
Nothing but Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is easy to use. My team is not the most tech savy but this program has been super easy to teach to them. I love the app as well as it makes it convenient to find a file
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasnt to much that i disliked about monday.com. The one complaint would be to maybe have it as more open code to adjust certain settings for the people that are better at coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using monday.com as our leading CRM. It allows us to take in clients and see their process throughout the mortgage process. It is also a great way for us to track contacts and past leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple boards, ability to color code, ability to have several access levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found a downside that has not bee remedied.

Fast access to documents and schedules.
Great Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy building of task and projects. and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing thus far!! Everythig seem to work well and support is great.

It has many functions which help me organize my project.

I missed some functions there, but Monday is working on it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the opportunity to collaborate across our entire team, and know the status of all projects at a glance. The different boards, so easily viewed on the left-hand rail, makes it easy to pivot to other team priorities, and other team goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always think that new views are good for refreshing workflow, and adapting to the different ways that teams work. I suggest continuing to offer new views and apps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows us to stop spending time on recap emails, and keep us organized during status meetings. The organization and time that we have gained from using the platform are invaluable.
Easy to Use Project Mgmt Software that keeps me on track
What do you like best about the product?
Gives me a snapshot of all of my orders in one place. I can easily see where everything is at, what steps are next, and what's been completed. I don't know how I'd keep track of everything without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more integration flexibility at times. Formatting of dates and customization of email automations would be helpful. The current tools are sufficient though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of knowing where each of my projects is at, what step we're on and what's been completed. I benefit from being able to see a clear snapshot and track updates all in one place.
Improved workflows for all departments
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use it across our whole company. Everyone had benefitted from Monday.com being implemented and it's improved our workflow speed and quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really! There are a couple of integrations that could be missing, but new integrations are being added all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that all members or staff can easily access project management and see where we're at within that project. It allows people to wuickly jump in and help with project management. Because of Monday.com's flexibility in boards, we've also been able to improve current internal systems, such as delegating work, or onboarding our clients.
