An incredible platform to build on.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to understand, versatile, and easy to integrate with other tools. They've created a platform where you creativity is the limit of what you can build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only once you have been using Monday.com for a while will you find little features that should be included but aren't yet. There are always workarounds, and the developers are working on it, but more feature releases would help make this tool even better to build with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has become a "homebase" for the business where we can visualize things like our CRM, active deals, business intelligence data, and more. Team members can work collaboratively on projects, all in one place.
The best tool for management for a proyect company
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can keep control of all te data we use, we can find anything we want like date slots, money slots, data from other dashboards slots and so much more... we find very usefull the automatic reminders for us and for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can´t send PDF flies in the mails from monday, and create a tool that can make de work it´s very hard, as well some times te autos just don´t work and i have to move the item my self.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have control of the clients and their billings, their support and we can get an status if their are active, billed and expecting payment, or averdue and canceled.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage projects and workflow, along with being able to communicate with my coworkers easily, has helped increase productivity.
Super Flexible for the DIY manager
What do you like best about the product?
I can make almost any kind of board that I want and many of the built in boards require minimal tweaking to work for anything you want to track. I use at least 5 different boards to track various things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting multiple boards to "talk to each other" can be difficult, especially if you use the comment system extensively and want those comments to persist across multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a centralized place to funnel ads from multiple sources to have the flexibility to "fit" multiple inputs. The ability to track our leads in this way has done wonders in preventing lead losses.
Great tool to manage projects and communication with the whole company
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helped our company to handle all the internal communication and save time moving from using multiple platforms to using one. Now we are way better at organizing our own work and projects, foreseeing all the steps needed as well as we are using the platform as a data visualization tool, archiving and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I believe is missing on Monday is some help when starting with the platform for the first time. I wish there was a dedicated person to take 1 or 2 employees of the company through the main features and create the first few boards with the functionality needed. But with some time, we have managed to create the best workflows for ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helped us to solve the problems of lost files, documents and status updates when working on specific projects, also now we have way more data to work with as Monday is integrated with our other working tools and provides nice dashboards so we can make better informed decisions.
The best tool to simplify processes
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers a unique methodology that allows for an all-encompassing approach that caters to the needs of almost any project. As someone who has been in the corporate world for years, I can safely say that Monday.com is one of the best project management tools available today. Its flexibility and user-friendly interface make it an excellent fit for any company, whether big or small.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I believe Monday.com could improve is that you do not receive regular notifications about pending tasks.

Monday makes it easier to delegate tasks, track progress, and request projects.

It is a tool that works very well for organizing work teams, tracking tasks, and seeing the performance and progress of each process.

Monday.com has been an instrumental project management platform for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly see what each of our team members is working on and the real time progress that is being made on each project. This keeps us highly organized and in the loop when juggling multiple projects at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot that I don't like about Monday.com. However, I think that if there was an integration with Quickbooks that would allow automation to link invoices and track payments, that would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps to keep our team of 7 organized and efficient. We love also that we can create separate Monday.com boards for all of our clients. That way they can send us feedback directly on the platform back and forth without the need to shuffle through emails!
