Monday has transformed our workflow management!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows collaboration for managing our activities with updates in real time. The product allows a high level of customisation and has many handy features to enhance communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any features I dislike. Monday has the capability for our needs. The more we explore Monday, the more we use to enhance our management and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By consolidating all of our work in one place and viewable by other stakeholders, it eliminates the need for reporting with timely updates that everyone can see and discuss in daily scrums.
Monday is the best project planner!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to keep track of our internal projects. The transfer between dashboards is super easy too! I love using the mirroring board feature for our Active Projects board to create a planner. Another thing that I love about Monday is the support staff. Whenever I have a question, they are always very kind and helpful. They are easy to collaborate and with and get ahold of. They've sent me multiple videos explaining instruction, joined zoom calls with me, and chatted me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find out features exist that I didn't knew existed. I wish there was a class monthly or bimonthly that Monday users could attend to learn new things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our business to track our proejcts easily and with multiple people involved.
Absolute Game Changer for Project and Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Productivity within our team has gone through the roof with this tool. Being able to break out all the tasks, assign to specific members of the team, create metrics and automations, track our task progress - it really is a wonderful tool. Our previous task management system was a glorified to-do list and cannot compare to Monday.com. We especially love the new integration of the dashboards - being able to present in an aesthetically pleasing manner, all of our metrics and KPI's, has been able to show our Executive Team, not only the benefits of using Monday.com, but the ROI in investing in this tool as our productivity has skyrocketed since implementing Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com was somewhat complicated to set up, especially when my team were new users. It took at least 6 months to completely transfer all of our data from our previous platform and really get the full functionality of Monday. It is not quite as intuitive as it is advertised - in the beginning we really struggled setting up the automation features. Setting up your boards, groups, automations, and all the features can be extremely overwhelming. Thankfully there are a lot of support documents and of course, trial and error - I would say the system is too complicated for a casual user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime active task and project management. Additionally, we have been able to track error rates and notice trends, which allows us to effectively coach and mentor our teams through errors and issues within our tasks. It is such a robust platform - my team so thoroughly believes in the benefits of Monday.com that we are actively trying to get other teams within the company onboard with integrating Monday.com and replacing their task management systems.
We love monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps all departments of our business organized. It helps us all communicate about each job effectively and efficiently. It's very easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a downside to using monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the issue of communication with its live feed of jobs, changes with those jobs and any other forms of project management. It keeps the entire business on the same page.
Very organized and helpful with facilitating my daily tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The clean layout allows for efficient workflow and processing. The integral design of the platform provides you with tools that make paper completely obsolete. There isn't anything out there that does quite what Monday is capable of doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems to increase every year and that doesn't seem to be going away anytime soon. If the product can stay affordable and reasonably priced I will continue to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me track and streamline my projects from start to finish. Being able to see the status of each project is a huge perk, as I can know the precise progression without even having to get out of my chair.

Monday has been super helpful in terms of communication with our team on differnt projects for differnt social media platforms and keeps us super organized!

There isn't one thing I dislike about this tool. Monday.com is has been nothing but helpful since we signed up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before monday.com it was quite a struggle to stay organized on differnt projects and tasks. Our overall organization and project mangement efficiency has increased tremendously!

What I enjoy the most is the automations and time tracking, as well as the versatility of this software for everything in life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't understand how to integrate two boards to avoid having to copy the same thing, I've watched tutorials and practiced but I still can't do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a user-friendly CRM to track customers.
It is a very user-friendly and clean UI.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user-friendly and clean UI with a litany of features and tools + add-ons that creates an endless supply of capabilities. I like that it does not have a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box capabilities and features can be lacking. Some of the pay-to-play features can be a little frustrating that they are not included as a base feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manange a series of projects and programs here. Monday is the best tool that we have found to be able to monitor our projects from a portfolio level. The portfolio views and dashboards offer a lot of flexibility in reporting.
The full package when it comes to task and item management.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been the breath of life into our Marketing operations. We have dozens of campaigns running at any given time, alongside other ongoing activities; thanks to automations, dashboards, and connected boards, we can manage them all with just a few clicks. I can plan campaigns way in advance, track where we keep assets, keep records of the PR agencies and journalists we've reached out to...there isn't much Monday.com can't do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside about Monday.com is its learning curve. It takes 3-6 months of daily use, in my experience, to really begin to understand how to best utilize the platform and navigate it, especially when there are dozens of boards.

We have many different projects with changing deadlines and stakeholders from multiple teams. Monday.com helps us manage everything smoothly and communicate on one platform
