Intuitive and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple, customizable features, Information is organized. I like the click and drag feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sub folder button for contacts moves around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client contact management organization. It helps me keep in touch with clients in a timely and routine manner and manage my work flow easily

Beautifully clear, user-friendly, various apps can be linked and management is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is hardly anything negative to say. It gets confusing with too many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i only use monday as a project management tool. monday helps me to distribute many projects clearly to the operational team and to get an overall view of everything.
Great tool and wonderful discount/benefit for non-profits!

My team really benefits from the project management tools that we can all easily see and access in Monday.com I love the different boards/views available and how dynamic things are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of Monday.com is creating a culture where your whole team uses it! It has so many great features and capabilities but it can be hard to encourage your whole team to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My whole team is able to see where things are on a given project and the dependencies associated with any tasks. This allows us to be more clear and transparent about what we need from each other and move things along effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the ultimate project management tool. Our digital marketing agency wouldn't function without it. We've loved being able to use the basic tools, but there are so many other features like forms and collaborative workspaces that make it really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not too much we don't like about Monday.com - the support team is really helpful, and there's a ton of informational videos online when you need help figuring something out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The collaboration piece has been a really big game changer for our agency - it allows everyone in our company, because we are remote, to collaborate in the same space at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely flexible. Build as you see fit and with different views for different types of users, it has a work view that fits almost any user. Monday has also expanded substantially with different products for more specific use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past there were a few technical limitations for advanced project management needs. Those have been overcome - so certainly consider Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
The best features of Monday are the boards and customization. It makes everything so easy to organize and creates a good workflow. I think that everyone can find a solution in Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I think it would be nice to have an overall board where I can see all info from all boards. Or, I would LOVE to change the columns of different groups. That would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to track project status and share it with our clients. It also helps us to know where in the workflow process a project is without having to use email.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! The platform is user friendly and helps keep the team organized and on task!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I didn't start using it sooner! It would have been helpful from the start!

Task management! No tasks fall through the cracks became Monday keeps all tasks in the database!

It´s pretty easy to use. It helps us centralize all the processes through it. Also, we can collaborate efficiently to reach our goals

Sometimes, it´s complex to understand at the beginning since it has a lot of capabilities, but nothing to worry about.

highly customizable, very easy and intuitive to use, pre-built templates

it is mainly for process related project management so it is very useful and almost only for linear (logical) planning

it helps people around the world to collaborate on projects with a lot of pre-built templates which enables a lot of features and sophistication. It helps really manage the project instead of finding the way to manage the project
